True followers of Isa (Jesus) love Muslims. Many who call themselves Christians are actually unbelievers because they do not follow or obey the teachings of Isa. Isa taught us to love our enemies and do good to those who hate us. We understand that only a small percentage of people calling themselves Muslims are hateful. I know that most Muslims are peace loving people who just want to live in peace with all their neighbors and enjoy life with their families. Certainly those stirring up hate, no matter by what name they call themselves, will be punished by the Almighty.

We know the Arab people are also, along with the Jews, the children of Nabi Ibrahim (Abraham). The Arabs through his son Ismail (Ishmael) and the Jews, through his other son Issahak (Issac).

In the book of Genesis, surah 12, ayat 1-3 it is written...

Then the LORD told Abram, "Leave your country, your relatives, and your father's house, and go to the land that I will show you. I will cause you to become the father of a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and I will make you a blessing to others. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you. All the families of the earth will be blessed through you."

We believe, therefore, that when we bless you we will be blessed ourselves. May Almighty God bless you today, daughter of Ibrahim!

    Hello, Only!

I hope you are enjoying your time here. Please let me know how I may pray for you? What do you want God to do for you?

    Hi Only a friend,
Here is something I feel led to share with you:

    Hebrews 2
1 So we must listen very carefully to the truth we have heard, or we may drift away from it.

2 The message God delivered through angels has always proved true, and the people were punished for every violation of the law and every act of disobedience.

3 What makes us think that we can escape if we are indifferent to this great salvation that was announced by the Lord Jesus himself? It was passed on* to us by those who heard him speak,1

4 and God verified the message by signs and wonders and various miracles and by giving gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever he chose to do so.

5 And furthermore, the future world we are talking about will not be controlled by angels.

6 For somewhere in the Scriptures it says, "What is man that you should think of him, and the son of man* that you should care for him?2

7 For a little while you made him lower than the angels, and you crowned him with glory and honor.*3

8 You gave him authority over all things."* Now when it says "all things," it means nothing is left out. But we have not yet seen all of this happen.4

9 What we do see is Jesus, who "for a little while was made lower than the angels" and now is "crowned with glory and honor" because he suffered death for us. Yes, by God's grace, Jesus tasted death for everyone in all the world.

10 And it was only right that God--who made everything and for whom everything was made--should bring his many children into glory. Through the suffering of Jesus, God made him a perfect leader, one fit to bring them into their salvation.

11 So now Jesus and the ones he makes holy have the same Father. That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call them his brothers and sisters.*5

12 For he said to God, "I will declare the wonder of your name to my brothers and sisters.* I will praise you among all your people."6

13 He also said, "I will put my trust in him." And in the same context he said, "Here I am--together with the children God has given me."*7

14 Because God's children are human beings--made of flesh and blood--Jesus also became flesh and blood by being born in human form. For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the Devil, who had the power of death.

15 Only in this way could he deliver those who have lived all their lives as slaves to the fear of dying.

16 We all know that Jesus came to help the descendants of Abraham, not to help the angels.

17 Therefore, it was necessary for Jesus to be in every respect like us, his brothers and sisters, so that he could be our merciful and faithful High Priest before God. He then could offer a sacrifice that would take away the sins of the people.

18 Since he himself has gone through suffering and temptation, he is able to help us when we are being tempted.

May you be blessed richly as you continue to seek for the truth.

    Hi There,

Here is some info on the Holy Spirit

    The Holy Spirit

    (Ref’s. Romans 8:2,9; John 3:6; Acts 1:3-5; 2 Cor 1:22; John 14:16-28; John 15:26; 1 Cor 12:13)

The Holy Spirit was present at Creation (Ge. 1:2) A long time ago there was a rebellion in heaven, where Satan was cast out, and about 6,000 years ago sin entered the world through Adam and Eve being deceived by Satan. Approximately 2,000 years ago God sent His Son, Jesus, to live among us and show us how to live. Jesus died in our place, and God raised Him from the dead by the power of The Holy Spirit, that all who believe will likewise be raised to life.

We don’t enter the Kingdom of Heaven by living a better life, but by being spiritually reborn... spiritual life vs. human life...

After Jesus ascended into heaven He sent the Holy Spirit first to the twelve disciples at Pentecost. Because of Jesus’ death on the cross for all humankind, salvation is a free gift to all who choose to be with God in heaven. This spiritual renewal and rebirth is available only through the sacrificial love gift Jesus gave of His life. He, as God, Himself, is the only worthy sacrifice.

Jesus was with us for a while, now He lives with Father God in heaven. When Jesus was here on earth His presence was limited physically to being in one place at a time, but He can now be spiritually present everywhere through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the power behind the rebirth of every Christian. The world at large cannot receive Him. Peace of mind and heart is given by God as a gift...the world cannot give it.

Faith is based on God’s Word, which is truth and historical fact. God has made Himself known to us through His inspired Word as: Father, Son & Holy Spirit, yet ONE GOD, and this Triune God has come to live in all believers.

By faith, as a believer I can access the Holy Spirit’s power every day. He works for me and is in me, and will never leave me. He is the Advocate, the Spirit of Truth Who helps, encourages and strengthens me. He ministers to both my head and heart and gives me the strength to endure unreasonable hatred from others and to love them in spite of how they treat me. The Holy Spirit comforts, guides me into all truth, reminds me of Jesus’ words, gives me the right words to say and fills me with power.

The comfort and power of the Holy Spirit is a foretaste of the benefits of eternal life in God’s presence.

The Holy Spirit shows me God’s righteousness and announces God’s judgement on evil. He leads me into all truth, gives insight into future events, and guarantees that I belong to God and will receive all His benefits.

All believers find unity on the essential truth of ‘Faith in Christ’, and are baptized by the Holy Spirit into one body of believers, the Church.

Anyone who sincerely trusts Christ for their salvation, acknowledges Him as their Saviour and Lord, and invites Jesus into their heart, will, at that moment receive spiritual re-birth, and the assurance of heaven. They will be empowered to serve God and to do His will and become part of God’s plan to build up His Church. As a Christian we have the promise of Salvation now, and we will receive so much more when Christ returns. It is a privilege to belong to God, and I am responsible to identify myself as His faithful servant. The Holy Spirit gives me the power I need to live the Christian life.

Hello OAF: I appreciate that you are challenging and questioning. I haven't been reading for a long time.

One thing I will offer: there is a difference between man's opinion and God's revelation. What some people, who call themselves Christian, believe is NOT the same with what God's word says; what is "Christian" by definition.

The core of what is agreed and accepted body of truth from the Bible is not accepted by the opinions of many who are untrained in the truth of the Bible.

One of the the absolute essential core points of Christian belief for over 1900 years now is that the Bible is the inspired word of God. A completed revelation, where specific men were chosen by God to specifically write a completed revelation of God's will to humanity.
  • ScribeD

OAF: When you encounter people who claim the name of Christ, you may have met someone who has gone to church a little or a lot, someone who has grown up in a community of people that go to a church, or who simply lives in a country where it is common to accept the reference of Christian without knowing what it means to be a Christian. They may know what God intends for them, or they may not. They may know Christ, or they may only know about him.

The Bible definition of a Christian is one who has taken up the cross of Christ and died to their old life. A person who has come to Jesus as the author and finisher of our faith. A person who seeks the will of God, by learning the word of God and learning to know God, in the person of Jesus Christ.

We count our own lives as lost, and we have taken Him as Lord and Savior. We have accepted our own life as dead and have embraced Jesus Christ as our life now. There are various ways to define this: Following Jesus, being a disciple, being born-again, being born of the spirit of Christ.

I do not claim this in my own strength or for my own credit, but for the glory and credit of Christ who purchased me with his own blood. He sacrificed himself and died in my place. I owe him everything, because he has given me the new life in himself, by his saving and redeeming work.

These things are mysterious, and difficult to fully explain, because the person who has not been born again in the spirit through Christ does not have the spiritual mind to understand it yet. These things are not possible to be fully understood by the natural mind of man. Only when the spirit of God comes and gives us his presence can we fully understand. Until then, we are less than the "5 blind Indian men" trying to describe an elephant (from the Indian parable).

I hope for you to know Christ, to find him in the secret place where only God can communicate to you. Until then, you may try and compare the words of 100 blind men who have never touched the elephant with 100 blind men who have touched the elephant, and you will still never see him. Only when you take the words of Jesus and follow them can you understand and truly be able to see all that God shows in his word, the Bible.

Until then, I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ, the son of Almighty God. I pray that God's true Salaam will fill your heart and mind in every way. For until you seek Christ as he has shown in his word, you will only be comparing the words of blind men.

    Peace to you,

Dear Only, I applaud your decision to research. I'm very sorry that I did not get back to you before. I have been off the site for a long time.

I use www.biblegateway.com for research in English. To get to the original languages, which can help for more clarity at times, I use books that I have obtained over many years.

I think that you may find resources in your own language(s), at the International Bible Society: at www.ibs.org

YOU ARE ALL SONS OF GOD THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST
JESUS, FOR ALL OF YOU WHO WERE BAPTIZED INTO
CHRIST HAVE CLOTHED YOURSELF WITH CHRIST. THERE
IS NEITHER JEW NOR GREEK, SALVE OR FREE, MALE
OR FEMALE, FOR YOU ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST.
    ( GALATIANS 3:26-28 *NKJV )

Now you know why the message is addressed to God's
Children this morning! For truly those who love and
worship God are His children, FOR IN HIM WE LIVE AND
MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING. AS SOME OF YOUR
OWN POETS HAVE SAID, WE ARE HIS OFFSPRING.
( ACTS 17:28 ) Think about that the next time you are
feeling low, or are depressed and worried because of a
problem that you are facing. I'll bet that problem won't
seem so big if you do!

So friend, as a member of God's Great Family,
never feel alone and think that there is no one to turn too,
FOR HE HIMSELF HAS SAID, "I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU
NOR FORSAKE YOU." SO WE MAY BOLDLY SAY "THE
LORD IS MY HELPER; I WILL NOT FEAR. WHAT CAN
MAN DO TO ME?" ( HEBREWS 13:5-6 ) Therefore He will
always be there to love you, and guide you through any
    difficulty!

Now as the Prophet David wrote: FOR YOU ARE MY ROCK
AND MY FORTRESS; THEREFORE, FOR YOUR NAME'S
SAKE, LEAD ME AND GUIDE ME. ( PSALM 31:3 ) So,
TRUST IN HIM AT ALL TIMES, YOU PEOPLE; POUR OUT
YOUR HEART BEFORE HIM; GOD IS A REFUGE FOR US.
    A refuge indeed! Amen. ( PSALM 62:8 )

how are you dear, cam we be friends

    Hello only a friend,
I feel compelled to share this with you....

    John 1:1-14
In the beginning the Word already existed.
    The Word was with God,
    and the Word was God.
He existed in the beginning with God.
    God created everything through Him,
and nothing was created except through Him.
The Word gave life to everything that was created,
and His Life brought light to everyone.
The Light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never extinguish it.

God sent a man, John the Baptist, to tell about the light so that everyone might believe because of His testimony. John himself was not the light, he was simply a witness to tell about the light. The One who is the true Light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.
He came into the very world He created, but the world didn't recognize Him. He came to His own people, and they even rejected Him. But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God. --They are reborn-not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.
So the Word became human and made His home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen His Glory, the Glory of the Father's one and only Son.

My dear, you are seeking God with Your whole heart...and He is seeking you.
there is one other passage I wish to share with you from the bible.

    Luke 18:18-27
Luk 18:18 Once a religious leader asked Jesus this question: "Good teacher, what should I do to get eternal life?"
Luk 18:19 "Why do you call me good?" Jesus asked him. "Only God is truly good.
Luk 18:20 But as for your question, you know the commandments: `Do not commit adultery. Do not murder. Do not steal. Do not testify falsely. Honor your father and mother.' [fn] "
Luk 18:21 The man replied, "I've obeyed all these commandments since I was a child."
Luk 18:22 "There is still one thing you lack," Jesus said. "Sell all you have and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."
Luk 18:23 But when the man heard this, he became sad because he was very rich.
Luk 18:24 Jesus watched him go and then said to his disciples, "How hard it is for rich people to get into the Kingdom of God!
Luk 18:25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!"
Luk 18:26 Those who heard this said, "Then who in the world can be saved?"
Luk 18:27 He replied, "What is impossible from a human perspective is possible with God."

The reason I have shared this second part of scripture with you is to point out one thing....this verse:Luk 18:23 But when the man heard this, he became sad because he was very rich. .....

What did Jesus do, after the man became sad? Well, Jesus is a perfect gentlemen....He is the Christ...Our messiah! When someone says 'no' to Him, He simply lets them go! But.....when we say 'yes'....our lives are transformed in a true re-birth which is given by God Himself!
Blessings and Love on behalf of Christ, your friend, Carla

Thank you Maha for honoring me/us with your name. I am so happy to know it.
In your name I see a fellow truth seeker. Some in here feel as though they have much spiritual knowledge. But I believe truth is given to all cultures and faiths. To me the greatest truth is that the God we all serve is a loving God and wishes us to know that personally.
Maybe sometime we might further share ideas about God and how he wants us to see him? I think maybe I can learn much from you! I am not a theologian either by any means Maha. I can only testify that the God I serve loves me and that, I in my human capacity, love him. I have a story I learned when I was in school that pretty well describes why it is that we all see God a little differently. Sometime I would like to share that story with you.
    In his fathomless love. Stephen

    Hello my friend....

Thank you for your note on my page. I am most thankful that I have Jesus in my life. I am most thankful for The Holy Spirit to lead me into all truth...combined with God's Holy Word. I am also thankful that Jesus died for me...just so that I can be reconciled to God as His Child. I am so very thankful that when I call on Him...He is right there....to walk me through the storms of my life...and strengthen me in the process, all the while teaching me and reassuring me of HIS Grace, Faithfulness and Love for me.

Please share with me...What are you thankful for? :)
    Blessings, Carla
