grow in Christ and do what I can to help others around me do so
Interests:
I love music - I play guitar and piano for personal interests and several other instruments for my high school band. I also enjoy website construction and digital graphics.
My story with God
I was rescued from the clutches of evil on 2/18/2006, but a little over a year ago I began to fall away from God. I realized that I needed to draw nearer to Him but I continued to slip; one day it got so bad that I didn't know who I was anymore, but now I have decided that I am going to change because nothing is worth losing my soul.
Other stuff about me:
My place of residence is going to be changing in a few years; a very dear friend of mine and I are going to be moving to London, where they will work in a large chain of personal care facilities and I will work in the digital graphics field from home.
HI there!! Awesome music list Welcome back I used to work in a HS and now am in an Elementary school (always was learning support except 1 yr) Nice to meet ya and hope we can chat sometime ..... =]
Don't forget this important fact:
Once God forgives you...you must accept it and move forward...Forgive yourself. Stop reminding Him of your mistakes by going over and over them...HE has already cast them as far as the east is from the west.
Love you in Christ.....Stand Strong on that armor of yours... Put it on
....now if I have to remind you, that's okay, I will, I don't mind one bit! I just don't like to be a nag.....I am a mom and all...but I do try not to repeat myself
You are going to do just great. This is something you have wanted....so work hard for it. Try your best...When you know you have put all that you have into something, and work hard for it, it will pay off. It might not pay off in the way that you think it will....but it will pay off. It will build and strengthen your character and endurance in ways that you never knew were possible. Work hard! Rest just enought! And you will be fine...
Love you bro....
It's so good that your back....so great to be able to leave you messages again.
"…for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls." 1 Peter 1:9 (NIV)
Kay was a prodigal. She had been stunningly beautiful, but now her beauty was hollow and worn. Downcast with shoulders slumped, she walked through the doors of her childhood church. The reaction of the congregation burned an image that remained in my young mind. Heads turned and steely whispers followed her as she made her way forward during the invitation. She fell to her knees at the altar. A group gathered around her and prayed for what seemed like an eternity. She slowly rose to her feet and was asked, "Did you pray through?" to which the weary wanderer replied, "I think so."
I don't remember ever seeing Kay back in church again.
"Pray through. " In my small town church this phrase was synonymous with striving, straining, and working to find grace and deliverance. When I became a prodigal myself and wanted desperately to find answers and deliverance, I remembered the forlorn look of Kay and decided to keep wandering. It just seemed easier than trying to "pray through" somehow.
Have you been wandering through life looking for answers? Do you long to return to the Father after being far away but hesitate, wondering what it will cost?
When coming "back home" we often have the same mentality as the prodigal son in Luke15:18-19, "'Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants (ESV).'" Feeling worn down and unworthy, we return to our Heavenly Father thinking we have to work like hired servants to earn our place.
After many years, I discovered that forgiveness and salvation aren't chores for us to labor over. Th ey are tremendous free gifts from an amazing God! How incredibly liberating to know that Jesus offers these to any and all who believe on His name.
Jesus says, "Come to me." Period. It really isn't any more complicated than that. He loves you. He has been waiting for you and He welcomes you with open arms. We don't have to work for forgiveness or "pray through" like those well-meaning people in my childhood church felt the need to do. God's heart for us is the same as the prodigal son's father in Luke 15:20. "So he [the prodigal son] got up and went to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him" (NIV).
When you allow Jesus to walk through the doors of your heart, no pleading is necessary, only faith that His salvation and grace are your gifts.
Dear Lord, thank You for giving us the gift of salvation through Your Son Jesus Christ. T oday I come to You and believe that You are my Savior. I ask You to come into my heart and forgive me. Help me to live in the freedom that You promised to give. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Mr Speegle, good to hear from you. Tell you dad hi for me. Tell him that his encouragement he gave me about writing gave me enough courage to try out for this writing position for a new net that is being developed and I am going to be part of the editorial staff. Also tell him I am still looking for the Red Neck Study Bible at the book store.
We have grown to over 3000 members now. I am a greeter for new men who come on the net. I love it. I have got to minister to many new believers and seekers.
I have to leave you my new favorite song.
In the love of Jesus
Bob
I don't have a God I can put on a stand Or a God I hold in the palm of my hand
I have a God that's holding me
And I don't have a God that I can create
In the place I live with the money I make
I have a God, He made everything
So I don't need a temporary man made deity
When I got the real thing
I got the real thing
He's the Lord of all the earth
The maker of all things
He alone is the one true God
Kingdoms rise and fall
But even through it all
He remains
The one true God
I don't have a thing that I got on my own
I don't have a care that I carry alone
But I have a God who's carrying me
I don't have sin that He doesn't forgive
And I don't have a heart that is worthy of His
But I have a God who still loves me
So I don't need a temporary man made deity
When I got the real thing
I got the real thing
Who is this King of Glory
The Lord strong and mighty
Who is this King of Glory
The Lord strong and mighty
Who is this King of Glory
Who is this King of Glory
hey congrats again to your doing well in the science olympiad. you're all good, especially caleb and you. my best wishes to all of you when you go to the state tournament. i pray to God you'll bring home the bacon again.
Not sure if I played the right song, the one i played was the Villa Della Rosa.
Great song anyhow! It is so good to be visiting your page again. It is cool to see alot of the same faces here after a year.
I see you were in a science olympiad. that is so cool. the world is always saying we christians are ignorant. People like yourself are proving them wrong.
Pray for a friend of my Jimmy who is a bold witness in his high school and is coming up against a lot of persecution in his science class in which they are doing the evil-lution thing. He and some other high school and collage kids are a part of my prayer group at church. It is neat that we have people from 3 evangelical churches in the group.
I am going to be speaking at a mens retreat march 14th, and in April I am starting a new believers class up in my church called The Alpha course which will go for 8 to 10 weeks. God always keeps us busy, and i love it all.
Hi ya.. Good for you for getting a job! You can bring your light there :)

Hello!!!! I Miss U So Much....
Each moment in a day has its own value
Morning brings Hope...
Afternoon brings Faith..
Evening brings Love....
And
Night brings Rest...
Wish you find them all today.
KEEP SMILING!!!
Remembering is the heart’s own way
Of holding loved ones close
And keeping us in constant touch
With those who mean the most.
Remembering is the heart’s own way
Of sending loving thoughts today!
A friend is someone we turn to
When our spirits need a lift,
A friend is someone we treasure
For true friendship is a gift.
A friend is someone we laugh with
Over little personal things,
A friend is someone we’re serious with
In facing whatever life brings.
A friend is someone who fills our lives
With beauty and joy and grace
And can make the world that we live in
A better and happier place!
Hmm.. it's because it's true! Where are you these days? Is school done yet for you? must be soon! How is everything going in the worship band? Are you still singing and playing?
Are you reading any good books this summer? How's your writing going?
Please do keep on praying for the request of mine down below, and I know I can count on you to do it:
Please "WIN the 10/40 WINDOWS" for JESUS CHRIST.
The 10/40 Windows (located between 10 - 40 degrees North of Equator - between West Africa to East Asia) need Missionaries, have no church at all, and there live about 40 percent of the world population. INDONESIA, my country is in the 10-40 windows though we have churches. Let's get on our knees, praying hand in hand with me for their revival. I look forward to the day when the Lord who I kneel to worship will be recognized by all the living and the dead as the One True Lord.
Thank you so very much
I am being made aware that Jesus is coming sooner than many think. Many will not be ready for His return. We need to be ready, wise virgins, keeping oil in our lamps.
