Hello again Charlie,
Here in Belgium we only have hills, no real mountains. It's very humid, but summer can be hot and sunny. It rains A LOT, but everywhere you look is green. We have the best wafles ever (gaufres), fries are just splendid, and many typical meals and beers. Of course we also have great chocolate.

Apart weather, I guess it's quite nice living here... oh taxes are horrible too !!! But medical care is one of the best in Europe. Since this is such a small country, we are hours away from Paris (2h30), Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Cologne (3h), and so on.

Swimming here is quite a challenge, there are only a few olimpic pools and master teams are rare. I used to swim in Florida (I lived in Fort Lauderdale -Bonaventure-), and used to swim at the Hall of Fame for a time. I'll love to be in a place where swimming is simple and pools are available everywhere.

So, what is your story with Jesus? We became Christians 5 years ago and it really changed our lives. Giving my life to Jesus has given me so much peace it can take pages to explain. God has worked miracles in my life anf my family' life.

I think you have already walked a long way with Jesus. I got saved in 2003 and still need to learn so much; all my family (husband and 2 girls got saved that same year) I most say that Jesus has changed our hearts.

Still, I need to spend more time praying and learning; we hae a 2 yo girls and my tiem is really tight between home, kids, work. This september my little one will go to pre-school and i will joing a bible study group. Jesus is really the light of our lives !!!!

never feel alone and think that there is no one to turn too,
FOR HE HIMSELF HAS SAID, "I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU

Value Life...........

Long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.
Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury myself."
The above story is similar with the journey of our Life. We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our health , time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the hobbies we love.
One day when we look back , we will realize that we don't really need that much , but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed.
Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition.

Work is only necessary to keep us living so as to enjoy the beauty and pleasures of life.. Life is a balance of Work and Play, Family and Personal time.
You have to decide how you want to balance your Life. Define your priorities, realize what you are able to compromise but always let some of your decisions be based on your instincts. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of Life, the whole aim of human existence. So, take it easy, do what you want to do and appreciate nature. Life is fragile , Life is short. Do not take Life for granted. Live a balanced lifestyle and enjoy Life!

Watch your thoughts ; they become words.

Watch your actions ; they become habits..

Watch your character; it becomes your destiny

Always remember to count our blessings each day, and to

Now we know that when things disappoint us, we are sad and
often depressed. However it is written that we should: BE
JOYFUL ALWAYS; PRAY CONTINUALLY; GIVE THANKS IN
ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR THIS IS GOD'S WILL FOR YOU
IN JESUS CHRIST. ( 1 THESSALONIANS 5:16-18 )

Therefore, never feel that God doesn't hear our prayers
because a prayer isn't answered the way we want, or something
goes wrong in our life. For our Heavenly Father always knows
what is best for us, and: HE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU NOR
FORSAKE YOU. ( DEUTERONOMY 31:6 )

So my friend, remember to always: GIVE THANKS TO THE
LORD, CALL ON HIS NAME; MAKE KNOWN AMONG THE
NATIONS WHAT HE HAS DONE for you!
( 1 CHRONICLES 16:8 )

In closing, MAY THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS
CHRIST, AND THE LOVE OF GOD, AND THE
FELLOWSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BE WITH YOU ALL,
