I am a Chatolic, my parents thought that it was important to pass the inheritance of their belief since I was a baby. But of course faith just grows with time invested to know Him better and thru' His call.What about you? I am a working girl, a 9 - 5 job at construction, I work as an achitect. What do you do? I am trying to devote my time more with God as He has lead me to where I am now, I have to adimit that I need Him more now than before. Tell me bout yourself too. Warmest regards.

Long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.
Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury myself."
The above story is similar with the journey of our Life. We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our health , time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the hobbies we love.
One day when we look back , we will realize that we don't really need that much , but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed.
Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition.

hey just a bit about myself. My husband and i have been married for 27 years we have 3 children, his mine ours. came from a rough childhood. The Lord has called me to ministry but i havent started that yet had a lot to learn and a lot to overcome. I beleive im at the point in my life where i can get started on my jurney. Now its time to start taking those baby steps.

You don't send a baby out on the field there diaper will fall off. I had a lot to learn.

I especially lift not only your family members who do not put their faith in the Almighty God, our Lord and Savior, but I lift my own family and co-workers as well. It's sad that religion brings them to a place of hatred or loathing for the truth. It astounds me that ANYBODY could turn their back on God after knowing the truth about Him.
