My story with God
My mom was dying from cancer in 1995. I cried out to God saying I could not take any more. The Lord spoke to me in a dream saying follow me, follow me, follow me. After finishing 2 years of Bible school and praying to God to use me. I volunteer at an inner city church whose Pastor's heart was to help men suffering from drug and alcohol abuse. The Los Angeles mission came to the Tampa Bay area and opened a local mission and hired me as a Chaplain. I served for 2 1/2 years until they closed the mission. I went to work for the Salvation Army as a Rehab counselor and served there for four years. During this time I earned an Associate, Bachelor and Master's degree in Christian Counseling. That was a miracle because I was dyslexic most of my life. God is GOOD!
Other stuff about me:
Was a General Contractor for 25 years.

    Hi Helen, I found the picture on the web when I started my ministry to put on a brochure. It is a picture of a valley with a path of light leading to heaven. I thought it was appropriate in recovery work.
