Hi Richard Glad to see that quite a few people from the African continent are joining this net. I am from Johannesburg and have visited Nairobi on many occassions. Our church also has an ongoing connection with many churches in Kenya to uplift, teach and assist. Kenya is in our prayers continually.
My heart jumps with joy when I see our prayers answered, for the governments in Afirca, to have godly men and woman placed in positions of leadership.

I pray that you may be filled with Godly wisdom as you go about your daily duties and may you be a shining light and wonderful testimony for our Lord to those aound you.

Hi Richard after hearing all about the troubles that have overtaken Kenya in these past few weeks I want you to know that there are many christians in South Africa, lifting up your country and the situation in prayers. We are and have claimed Kenya for Jesus and we know that God will do a mighty work of restoration and healing in your land. I pray

" Father, in the name of Jesus, and in the power of the Holy Spirit, I lift up the leaders of Kenya to you.
I pray for the President and for every elected and appointed offical who serves. I bring before You the fathers and mothers of all the households, the teachers of the children, the leadership of the churches, the CEO's, managers, department heads of the companies, ministries and charity organisations... absolutely every single person who is leading.
I pray that you will give them the wisdom and courage to lead with integrity, I ask that the leaders will study and understand, and follow the principles of Your Word, the Bible. Ezekiel 22:30-31 "I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before Me in the gap on behalf of the land (Kenya) so I would not destroy it, but I found none." Thank you Lord that You will find such a man and indeed many men in Kenya to stand in the gap for their land, so that You will not destroy it. In Jesus name, amen.

Ephesians 3:20 " Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be Glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever, Amen."

How blessing to see the face of our flag in this wonderful site. After the uncalled for blood-shed, we need to pray increasingly for Kenya. Most of the spiritual leaders we have are hypocritical-their true nature came out during the just concluded elections.

God is raising up a new generation of true servants who don't mellow in being known...We are little known on earth while sooo well known in heaven that we make the devil tremble, which is what matters. Brother Richard, I will be delighted to get to know you more. please get in touch.

Praise the Lord. I surely don't envy your job: the proverbial tax-collectors! Revenue collection is such a noble profession...yet a very tempting undertaking for those minus Christ. Thank God you are one of the elect.

In everything you do brother, do your job well...but remember your mission: God put you there to be light! Understand that God annoints you for trouble too. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God before going to work...then trust Him to fight your wars.

I am happy that in the middle of all these, you can still find time reach out to your friends.

So i started searching people from this site.. en asking God to lead me where do i have send the msg... en i know He allowed it to happen for He knows very well what's inside r heart..He knows our needs..
and i was really amazed upon receiving comments from u my dear friends..God is always in good timing isn't it?
Sometimes, even wer already christians, en saying we surrender our lives to God, tru our attitudes, the way we handle situations in r lives doesn't reflect our christianity...en i'm not exempted in that fact...hehehhehe..but one thing for sure as written in Mty.4:4man does not live on bread alone...but on every Word that comes from the mouth of God..His Words is really what we need daily in r lives..That's why wer here dear friends to strengthen each other... uplift our faith,our believes,en glorify God for all things He has done for us!Let's magnify God, not our problems...prayers r powerful weapon but i know worshipping God all the times is the key of all His Blessings we hev right now,even trials en tribulations can turn into big blessings my friends...

Therefore the next time you find yourself thinking that
something can not be done; remember the first verse of this
message and, WATCH, STAND FAST IN THE FAITH, BE
BRAVE, BE STRONG. LET ALL THAT YOU DO BE DONE
WITH LOVE. ( 1 CORINTHIANS 16:13-14 ) For then if it is
God's Will for you, it can be done indeed!

Value Life...........

Long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.
Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury myself."
The above story is similar with the journey of our Life. We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our health , time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the hobbies we love.
One day when we look back , we will realize that we don't really need that much , but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed.
Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition.

Work is only necessary to keep us living so as to enjoy the beauty and pleasures of life.. Life is a balance of Work and Play, Family and Personal time.
You have to decide how you want to balance your Life. Define your priorities, realize what you are able to compromise but always let some of your decisions be based on your instincts. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of Life, the whole aim of human existence. So, take it easy, do what you want to do and appreciate nature. Life is fragile , Life is short. Do not take Life for granted. Live a balanced lifestyle and enjoy Life!

Watch your thoughts ; they become words.

Watch your actions ; they become habits..

Watch your habits; they become character .

Watch your character; it becomes your destiny
