WHAT'S A CHURCH?
A well-worn one-dollar bill and a similarly distressed twenty-dollar bill arrived at a Federal Reserve Bank to be retired. As they moved along the conveyor belt to be burned, they struck up a conversation. The twenty-dollar bill reminisced about its travels all over the country.
"I've had a pretty good life," the twenty-dollar bill proclaimed. "Why I've been to Las Vegas and Atlantic City , the finest restaurants in New York , performances on Broadway, and even a cruise to the Caribbean "
"Wow!" said the one-dollar bill. "You've really had an exciting life!"
"So tell me," says the twenty-dollar bill, "where have you been throughout your lifetime?"
The one dollar bill replies, "Oh, I've been to the Methodist Church , the Baptist Church, the Lutheran Church."
The twenty-dollar bill interrupts, "What's a church?"

Connecting Power In Prayer
One of the foremost products of prayer is power. Prayer connects us to the power of God. When we are in prayer we are in power.
Power is the ability to do work or function in a certain capacity. That is having the authority to enforce law or be in control. Revelations 1:6 says that we have been made kings and priests unto God by Christ Jesus. But it takes power to reign in that capacity, it takes supernatural power to function as heaven's ambassadors on earth and to exercise divine authority.
Nothing works without power. But how do we gain access to this power? Jesus told His disciples in Acts 1:8, "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you..." And in Acts chapter 2, on the day of Pentecost, they were with one accord in one place, that means they were in prayer. And suddenly the Holy Ghost came down and they were all filled. So, power came upon them as they were in prayer.
Also in Acts 4: 31,33, "When they had prayed the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the Word of God with boldness...And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all." They went into the prayer room empty, but they returned filled with power.
In Luke 4:14, after Jesus had fasted and prayed for forty days, He returned in the power of the Spirit. We have another example in Genesis 32: 24-28. When Jacob was left alone, he wrestled with an angel till the breaking of day. 'Wrestle' is another word for prayer. So, Jacob prayed all night and at the breaking of the day he said to the angel, "I will not let you go, except you bless me." And the angel said, "Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed." So Prayer exercise is power processing. You never return the same way you go into the prayer room. The acid test for effective successful prayer is that there must be an infilling of the Holy Spirit and when that happens, power is guaranteed.
What happens when power comes? "...They spake the Word of God with boldness." Often, we go into the prayer room as weaklings, but when we have truly prayed, power is released and the proof that power is present is that it shows in our language. Instead of a beggarly, weak language, we return with a language of assurance, faith, and authority, because our tongues have been touched with coals of fire.
The reason they didn't lack God's power in the first church is because they stayed with God in prayer. No man stays with God and still lacks power. May you always return in His power, every time you go into prayer.

Hi Dear, how have you been? is everything ok Dear we have to pray and pray much and pray for each and everyone so that the light can shine in the world.
we have to pray until something is happened, take away the weakness and approach the Lord that will finaly solve the problems. Let's not be weak in both normal life and prayers, we can be weak in something but strong in faith and prayers and i think it can change something because The Lord is on our side, we are victorious already because Jesus has overcame evrything, so let draw the power of Jesus alredy in us and use it, for sure we shall succed over all circumastances. do not worry of anything Jesus we beleive has overcame all powers.
Be strong enough, i beleive that God is about to do something different and you will be amzed when you cross it. when you look back in ages you can testify yourself what God did in the life of His servants, and we are truly God's sons and sisters, He works for us because we are His children, God remembers all the times you bow before Him,worship and praising Him though we seem to be unregtheous and weak, God always takes care of us, fear not but if something to repent do it, and come in His presence full of Joy, worship, praise and in preyers because God listens and gives value on how we walk with Him.
Be strong my sister, god is about to do something.
Praise the Lord. God bless you. Thank you for accepting me as friend. You can so all things through Christ who strengthens you. Amen. Smile Jesus love you. Philippeans 3:13-14.
