HIS Word promises we will be persecuted, yet we need to get over ourselves, and do excellent work for our excellent God, whether we feel like it or not.

The feel like it or not is where we get into trouble. I find that if I have the joy of the Lord as my motivation that it make it easier to live the excellent life the we need to be living. And where does the Word of God say we live by how we feel any ways?

It is such a healing song for a church that has suffered so much in the last 2 years. The pastor falls into imorallity and there was a shooting at the church where 2 lives were lost. It was as if God was saying to them I am still in controll and I will bring you through to victory.

well,Ever since I landed in this place i got oppotunity after opportunity to preach. After preaching on sunday, I visited a friend of mine on monday. When I reached that place, I understood that he built a prayer hall to pray everyday with people around him. They were all Roman catholics. They were chanting their rosaries. I sat at the back and praying Lord can You give me five minutes to share your love with them. Miracuolously my friend called me to the front to share for five minutes and I was excited. I just shared for five minutes and they were all blessed so much that they asked me to stay that night, so that the next morning they could arrange a prayer meeting, so that I can speak to them. in the morning around twenty RCM people gather including children and i shared about salvation through Jesus Christ and they were all blessed beyond measure. God was awesome. people gave their lives to Jesus as I saw smiles on their faces. Ohhhhh Glory to God. Again on this friday, saturday and sunday I will be preaching in one of the valley of our state. its a mountaneous area. do pray that people will be blessed and many would come to the saving knowledge of CHrist Jesus.

Last two three days I was in a mountain area, infact in a valley. The bus travelled or four hours to reach that valley and two hours alone it travelled on the mountains. atleast it travlled from one mountain to another mountain, altogether may be upon twenty mountains . well, i had the previlage to stay in a childrens home and share the word and stories with them on saturady evening. around 150 children weer there. they made me to sya a story, sing three songs and also i had to teach them 2 songs. alter on unday I preached in one of the largest church in that valley. it was a baptist church. I was invited ewll by the pastor but He questioned me about my ordinations, degree age, maritl status, ministry experince and denomination. I just said. i am bible-believing and have call from God. LAter a very old man came to the dias, he lost his sight and also hearing. he called me and sid i am the senior pastor who has established this church, who has given you the authority to come on to the dias or pulpit, do you have ordination, he went on and finally said okay preach but carefully. i humbled myself anf preached with authority of the Scriptures. after my preaching he called me again and said, do you like to have lunch with me at my home! oh I said Glory to God. It was gods favour. Infact i am a charismatic preacher but god annoited me to preach to the baptist in their style. many came t me after the service and appreciated me and said we need such a timely message, for a time such as this. Oh All glory to god. Later they also asked me to preacah to their youth in the evening in English service. so I preach in two languages and God used me FOr His Glory, giving me favour, Both from Him and Men aswell.
i am back to home, but will be travelling to aother place and then i have to do a ot of purchasings like bibles, cd's and clender and many other things for the church. i thank you soooooo Much from the bottom of my heart for supporting me in all the ways possible. May the good Lord Bless you.

What a great message , many think that putting on the armour is saying a prayer, but it is as you wrote putting on the Lord Jesus Christ like cloths. Living in christ, walking with him and having the mind of Christ and make no provission for the flesh. We have all we need to live in victory in this life, we have His power and His presence. We have Holy Spirit, We have all we need and we can defeat our opposition. Praise God for all He has provided for us!

Hi Mary Ann,
It has been a very hectic week, filled with all kinds of opertunities to trust God.
I am so glad that God is in my life!!!! Thank you for your prayers and kindness.
I won't go on about my trials, but choose to share with you a blessing I received Saturday.

It was 2 years and 4 months ago that me and my wife separated after 25 years of marraige. The first 4 months I lived out of state in Maine. During that time God brought a few awesome brothers and sisters in the faith into my life. One of them was a man named Jerimy who had just got saved and joined a home group that I was part of.
Norm had hurt his back and went to a physical theropist(Jerimy) who he invited to his home group. Jerimy came to the first meeting early and Norm led him to the Lord.

Saturday while talking to Jay another wonderful man of God I met in Maine told me he had some one he wanted me to say hi to, it was Jerimy, on fire for God. What joy to see God growing up others in the faith.

When I came back to Vermont I went to Physical theropy and guess who my theropist Andrew was trained by? Yep Jerimy.
I was hoping to let Jerimy know that I had planted seeds in Andrews life for 4 months in theropy.

God is so wonderful in how He strives to reach lost souls. I thrill to be part of it.

Hi Mary Ann,
I just wanted to stop and say hi, I am greeting new comers and am keeping really busy as I am befriending all the new guys who join. So please don't think I forgot ya.

We are gearing up for December 6th in our church. We are having a elder from Gateway Church in Conn. that we met when were visiting last summer during the revival. He is a prophet and his ministry to all of us who went down was life changing. We are having a pot luck lunch at a home of one of our member and we are going to seek the Lord with no time restrants. This is a huge home so we are hoping for most of our church to come which is 80+.

Please pray also for my wife Cheryl who told me today she was going to go. This is a miracle for she has been backslidden for a long time. I know God is working in her life and that he is married to the backslider. Even after 2 years of separation I know God can restore our marraige.

So pray for Vermont that we will find the grace to bring revival to this dry and thirsty land.
We just had 10 churches come together and had The power Team in the area for a week. They went into 13 schools and had nightly meetings. many came to Christ. Pray for the kids who were saved and went home to non Christian families.

Well I will let you yo go for now. We are celebrating our thanksgiving this week and I am so thankful for those like yourself and Carla who have enriched my walk with the Lord more than you will ever know until heaven.

What are you talking about?
HE WHO INVOKES BLESSING ON HIMSELF (LAND)……… SHALL DO SO BY SAYING, MAY THE GOD OF TRUTH…… BLESS ME. ISAIAH 65:16
Did you know you can bless your self by what you say? The bible says: ‘He who invokes blessing on himself…. Shall do so by saying.” may the God of truth…. Bless me, because the former trouble is forgotten” Two important truth is taught in this scripture.
1. Your own words have more power to affect you than any body else. Ultimately, it is not what others say that counts; it’s what you say to yourself after they get through talking! You always have the last word.
2. You will never enjoy what God has for you in the future while you are still living in the past. To enter the Promised Land, you must first leave the wilderness .So, come into agreement with God; begin to say what He says about you .This is not small matter. What you say from the time you get up in the morning until you go to bed at night not only influences your day, it influences the entire outlook and direction of your life. If you have been praying asking God for specific answers, you can affect the out come by making sure what you say lines up with what He says. In other words; get in harmony with God.
Your body is God’s temple, so be careful what you allow to come out of your mouth (1corinthians 3:16). Fault-finding and negativity destroy and tear down, but scripturally based, faith-filled words open the door to God’s blessings. That is why Paul writes: Let’ no … worthless talk (ever) come out of your mouth, but only such ….. As is ….beneficial, Ephesians 4:29). So before you sound of ask yourself; is this beneficial?
If you continue to say; I am poor you will remain poor forever but if you continue to say iam rich in Christ Jesus, He will continue to bless you. Our tongue is like a fire according to the bible. You can read James 3:6 or read from verse 1 to the end to understand the scripture well. Every morning say something Good to someone and to yourself. There is great blessing in this. Please give it a try and your life will never be the same. Let us have positive mind about the kingdom of God and so shall it be onto us. Jesus loves you so do i.

Thank you so much for that comment it really means alot and the HUGE reminder...if the enemy is telling me "you're no good"...KEEP DOING IT! Changing your "mind" isn't as easy as it sounds when you're so use to the negative thoughts...I realize now how the enemy has manipulated me in that way. The other thing you said I am also struggling with "One Step At A Time"....I have the tendency when I do something to go overboard, then I take on too much, overcommit...than don't get anything FINISHED! If I give my all to one thing instead of scattering my efforts among several, what a difference that could make. I've been reading alot about spiritual warfare and the mind & emotions, I see where I've gone wrong in many ways with my thinking. I have also had many revelations that I can't wait to share with you and Carla. I will hopefully find out for sure today about one of the opportunities....I AM SO EXCITED! Even though I stil have a little of that nagging feeling of "not being good enough", I 'm still standing. Thank you so much for your comment and encouragement. What a blessing you are. I also want to apologize for not getting back to you sooner, I had a house full of people for four days.

All things work together for good.
For the bible says there is time for everything under the sun. I used to ask myself a lot of question and always need solution for such question when they come into my mind.
Have you ever felt terribly sad and because of the tremendous problems and heaven burden you carry in life? Do the situations surrounding you paint a bleak future, making you feel apathetic, unhappy, and uncertain? How much time and energy have you spent all day and night wrestling with your troubles yet failing to find the needed solution?
Now, think about this, where in this world can you ever find lasting peace and happiness? Most probably you will give up the search pure happiness and settle down with a cleaver taunting remark that such place still exists, in the mind at least.
So how do you go about your life that is continually peppered with adversities? The bible teaches how we must view the problem we struggle day by day. From the truth I found in the bible, all of us can learn how to deal with frustrations and how to practice prudence in other to enjoy life somehow, with relative ease and contentment. We are getting to the end of the year; most people are worry about what to eat and drink and what to wear. Have you ever sad down and thought about what you have achieved this year? Have you ever thought about how you can come closer to God? What we need to learn is how we ought to deal with both (happiness and sadness) experiences with prudence and profound understanding.

I am hoping you receive this before your trip, and may your trip be blessed, and may you be a blessing. I knew there were good people in the world...I have come to the conclusion we "need" God to direct us to them. On and after 9/12 I kept saying "the way people are being should be the norm" , people were kind, unfortunately it took a tragedy and it didn't last...people forget quickly.
So...great minds think alike: Joyce and you. I have that book "Battlefield" that you were telling me about. On page 34 there is a sub-title..."Don't Give Up" -"when the battle seems endless and you think you'll never make it, remember that you are reprogramming a very carnal, fleshly, worldly mind to think as God thinks. Impossible? No! Difficult? Yes!" Then on page 35 it says"Moses pointed out to the Israelites that it was only an eleven-day journey to the border of Canaan(the promised land), yet it had taken them forty years to get there. The Lord God says to us, "You have dwelt long enough on this mountain"....Joyce says." Have you dwelt long enough on the same mountain? have you spent forty years trying to make an eleven day trip?" WOW...Thank you for the advice of the book, it is really hitting home with me. Everyday God is revealing more and more information to me about my life and why things have happened as they have, I have to say some things are hard to accept, but I do because I know it is from the Lord. You and Carla have helped so much in this journey "back", you two have used words that sound exactly like they are coming from my grandmother (I trusted her and she was a great comfort to me, since losing her i've been lost...I know why now why I have felt so lost... which I will share with you another time). Things like I'm proud of you, choose to be happy, don't waste time being discontent(she would use the saying "don't despair"), Most importantly I have needed encouragement, you and Carla have given me that. Also given me a reason "not to give up", you have no idea how close I was to giving up.
I really didn't want to go on and on...I just wanted to thank you for all you have done, I feel very blessed to know you and your daughter. Have a safe trip...I would love to do missionary work, what a blessing you are. I will keep in contact while you are gone, I would love to hear about what you are doing!!! From the bottom of my heart, through the love of Christ I am saying "You have made such a difference in my life".

We were at a funeral today....Brenda's mother-in-law passed away after a long battle with cancer. She was a catholic. Joshua came along...and even shook people's hands, he was being 'shy' but polite and cute! Praise God! It was a bit of a battle this morning getting him to put clothes on as he wanted to go in his pj's...but he then cooperated. We got to the bottom of his apprenhension....and it turns out he was nervous that he would have to see a dead person or a skeleton because the grandma had died...Kids minds work in ways that we don't think of.... Anyhow...Lots you guys, hope to talk soon. I will also email you this message...
