    Hello Ms. Tyras!
Thank you for your greeting. Your story is wonderful. I'm so happy for you. I too have a miracle that God did for me in January.
I woke at 4am on January 8th of this year hurting from head to toe. I've experienced many types of pain but I'd never felt anything like this. My daughter and my husband were already awake because I guess I was really restless before I woke up.
I was having a heart attack. I was only 34 years old. I had blood clots, one in my left main ventricle that was blocking the opening by 85%. The other was in the aorta.
I survived this heart attack and was released from the hospital 10 days later. Ms. Tyras, I think I have been angry at God that this has happened. I have not quit smoking, and I have regressed in the little works of faith that I had.
I havent been to church in almost five years. I now work on Sunday, every Sunday and I have come to realize that I'm getting more and more lost. I need to fellowship, I need to get God back in my life and in my heart.
Sometimes I feel so guilt ridden from my behavoir that I just feel like giving up but I know I cant. So here I am. Ready and willing to work toward change. I just hope that I am not too late.
    Be forever blessed!

Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don't know something,
for it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times.
    During those times you grow.

    Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge,
because it will build your strength and character.

    Be thankful for your mistakes.
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you're tired and weary,
because it means you've made a effort.

It's easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.

Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles,
and they can become your blessings
