You have a very beautiful family. I am also a mom..i have two boys ages 4 and 8. Do you all ride horses? My two boys have just started lessons last fall and are really enjoying it. We are learning lots about it.

I want to be a "hippmom too!
Im a mother of a 3 year old, and a 7 month old. I have been a Christian since 2002 when I was destitute and broken. He had to practically scrape me off the pavement and delicately love me back to life. I cant believe where I was and where I am now. It blows me away and anyone that knew me before Christ. I made many BIG mistakes, and sometimes I still do here and there but not as bad as I used too. I am glad that God has saved me and Im in His hands now. Its sometimes hard to understand Him and His love, but that is just our "fleshly" mind trying to figure it al out. I do that alot.
I am soo glad to meet you. As a fairly new mom, I crave the help and counsel from mother moms especially in the faith. I absolutely dont know what I am doing, and IM having a heck of a time with my 3 year old now that he is going through that terrible 2 satge at 3. Oh, it scares me. Im an active person, but since he has decided to behave this way, I dont want to go anywhere. I dont want to leave this house. I am soo glad to have you and all the other Christian mommies her on TheNet. I have been here since August of 2007 and it has saved me from going too crazy. (well most of the time). You will find the help and encouragement you need here too. U will love it here.

You are a GODSEND to me!!!!! Do you realize this? I have been praying for close mommy friends since I moved here to this unfamiliar territory and Im having to make new friends at a new church. I a people person, but for some reason, I just dont have enough energy right now to be that much of a social bee. Im kind of depressed, but I am holding on to God. So, I am blessed to have met you and other moms here on All About God. But it sounds like as far as drama is concerned, I have it too. Now , I dont have any teenagers yet, (Thank God, and Im terrified of it) but I think every season has it s drama here and there, dont you think? You are really helping me, Hipp mom. I am here to help you too. I think we can help eachother out in this mommy job. Well, youll help me out alot more probably because you have "been there" and "done that" obviously and that is soo great. You made it this far!!!! Yeah!!!

Hey there !! Wow, you've certainly got your hands full with all those kids....God bless. It's such a joy though when you just sit back and watch them. I thank God for the blessing of children, though they can be trying once in awhile.
Im so glad God has touched your life and given you a call to follow Him. I can relate to having lived a bad life in the past as well. I was a BAD apple to be sure. My family had pretty much written me off as a hopeless case who was never going to change his ways. Well, praise God that He has strengthened me to live for Him. See, the power of God is shown in taking the broken and 'hopeless' people of the world and turning thier lives around.
I pray that God continues to bless you in your walk with Him and strengthens you to overcome any past isues that may arise. God loves ya !!

How are you? I think of you soo much. You have been heavy on my heart. I want to reac out and give you a hug ok?HHHUUUGGGG!!! Oh, that feels good.
Im reading a good book called "Lord, Where are you when Bad Things Happen? by Kay Arthur. Are you familiar with her? Anyway, I highly recommend this book for people who really struggle with the "why" God allows this or that, or does this or that. I love it. Its really helping me with some situations in my life and hurts in my past that were unfair that hurt me greatly and effected my walk with Christ. Anyway, I suggest you get it. I think itll help you too. Thats if you can find the time right? Ya, I hear you. I have to get up way early to do any reading or stay up way late.
No matter what the changes in your life, in your family, in your nation, there is always one stabilizing factor upon which you can rest: your God. He is the immovable Rock, You can hide in Him. He is always there with arms wide open, your everlasting Father God.
I love you, and I thank you for all your help and support as I walk this adventure of motherhood.

Good to hear from you. I wasnt on line that much this weekend. Busy weekend, but my Easter turned out better than I thought. We went to a Saturady service and helped out in Childrens Ministry so I could see how my son di in his new clas and new church environment. He did better than I thought which was good. He hit a little at first, but I could tell that he knew it was wrong after he did it and calmed down a bit. Then he got used to it. He wasnt to in to the eggs, and the chocolate so he didnt participate like I wouldve liked him too, but at least he had a good time and I guess that is all that matters, right? Tell me how yours went. Was it a good one? I know you have a house full. Was it crazy? Were you able to get out? It was beautiful weather out here so it was uplifting for me. I walked too, which helped. Try to go walking sometime. Just "run away" and go walking for an hour. It really helps you re center and refocus. Its hard to get out and do it, but after you do, it is a lifesaver.
I will be praying for you. Keep me in your prayers too. I think both of us are in the same "period"of our lives.

I got your message and I thank you!! Your life is soo full that Im surprised that you have a spare minute to write back. Being here is theraputic I do have to say. When I cant get out of the house, this is a great place to fellowship.
I am soo sorry about what is going on. How insane. But praise God for you. I see Jesus in you as you take these kids in to your home who are hurting, who have no place to go, and so on. Do you realize the difference you are making in thier lives? U r thier rock for those that dont know jesus, you are it.
Know that Im praying for you everyday. U r always thought of. Dont feel like you are alone. I always struggle with parenting, so its soo good to get help from you. thank you. You have been there and done that pretty much. You see? Your experience is helping other mothers cope with life,kids, and thier marriages. God has a plan, and He is using you to get there.

I take it that things are still a little crazy around there right? U still amaze me. You really do. Do you realize that you have an extraodinary gift? Oh, yes, you do!!! Just think nothing happens in your life that is not filtered through Gods hands. He is soverein! He doesnt give us more than we can handle. So, knowing that, He sure thinks you can handle alot right? Ha Ha. Its great to know a super mom whether she likes being a super mom or not. Please know that u r an awesome mom. Why would you have all those kids in your house ,then? Because everyone knows YOU ROCK!!!!
Im hoping that you are coping ok. But I really hope you havent given up on God because of all that has happened to you. That would be the ;last thing you want to do. Try to look at it another way. God does. Look at the eternal perspective no thte now. I know, easier said than done,right?
U r not alone. I have had a few crumby weeks of sadness and depression, but I think I see some light at the end of the tunnel. It kinda comes and goes. I pray that by this summer, Ill be over all this crap.

Hey you!!! I sure have missed you!! I didnt fall off the face of the earth or anything. God just had other plans for me for a little while. He allowed a virus to infect my computer so I would get off and concentrate on some other things in my life that needed my attention. I was mad at first, but it got better as I started to see the hand of God working for me. He means all things for the good for those who are in Him and put thier trust in Him. Well, my computer works now, so Im back to bug everyone again!! I am out and ready to rock and roll!! i will still moderate so you will see me all over the place once again!!! I wish I had your phone number while I was away. I have some other contacts from here that
I was able to connect with over the phone, but i had wished that I had your phone #. I would love to chat with you more. Do you have MSN instant messenger?? we gotta talk!! I would love to hear all that the Lord has done in your life. How are the kids?? and all the other kids?? Your husband? I hope you are doing ok. It seems like its been a forever since we talked. Did you find a job yet?? I bet you have. How do you like being out in the workforce after 8 years? I still am home and its been ok. Sometimes I feel as if I still am not making a difference in life and miss my "career" days, but I know that I am where God wants me and I have to be totally content with that. I am now involved in childrens ministry at my church and it is awesome!!! The church has also hired me to paint there so that is a total answer to my prayers!!! Life still has its ups and downs but overall Im ok. I had a close uncle commit suicide on July 1st which really devastated me and the family. My grandparents are just torn. This will be the second child they have that have commited suicide. My other uncle took his life back in 1986. So that hasnt been too fun, but overall, Im doing ok. But, anyway, I love you and I miss you!! Please keep in touch! I will leave you a message in your mailbox as well... I love you sister!!!
