Thanks for serving our country in the Navy. I was in the Philippines for about 16 years serving the Lord as Bible teacher there. I never did make it to Guam, but I did get to visit Palau which is near there and visited Subic Bay a number of times in Luzon. Did you stop in Subic Bay. I've got a number of friends, relatives that were in the Navy or now retired.

Typically, people are posting their answers and insights as responses in the forum under the appropriate unit number (e.g. Unit 3 answers go in the Unit 3 forum). You can also post them in your blog if you think the wider NET audience would like to read them as well.

TheNET chatbox is there mostly as an experiment to see if it is useful to the group members. It's not getting much traffic right now, however, if we had thousands of members instead of 220, I think it would be getting a lot more use. I may use it to broadcast study question/answer sessions at some point.

I wanted to write to you because of your picture...are you an Anime/Manga fan? My son draws Manga and he and I were just visiting Little Toyko in Los Angeles today. I am a digital artist as well and designer. I grew up in the church but walked away for 10 years or so. I ended up arrested at 13, part of a drug dealing and theft ring at 14, best friends with the lead guitarist of Guns n Roses at 15. At 18 I moved in with the band in Hollywood and man it was dark! I ended up seeing all my friends get hooked on heroin and everything else. At 20 years I met another enemy of my soul...success! I landed a killer job and my life changed but not for the better. God finally did a series of miracles to reach me at 22...exactly 20 years ago this year! Thank you so much for sharing. WOW, you have been through a lot and I am so glad you have returned to the Lord. I started in a church that spoke in tongues and now attend a EVFree church that does not openly practice the gifts. AFRAID; YES, YOU WILL LIE DOWN AND YOUR
