I like to read a lot. I read virtually anything in literature. I have gone from the classics to sci-fi to theology to modern classics to American literature back to classics, and so on. I jump from one genre to another. If it's not James Joyce today, it's C. S. Lewis. If I'm not reading Shakespeare, I'm reading Bradbury.
I write as well. I have two stories already started and ideas for others. My hope is to eventually publish something.
I like to hang out with my friends. We are known for driving around CA for no reason and then out of the blue deciding to go to Ralph's to make a pie or to go on a candy run. Summer - three words: ice cream fight. It's all fun.
As I like to read and I write, it suits me that I work in a bookstore. Well, cafe in a bookstore. I love it. I originally applied to Sonshine. They rejected me. I applied to B&N shortly after. They hired me. It's been almost a year now. It's been a great place to witness, and I think that is why I am not at Sonshine now. What's even cooler is that some of my coworkers are Christians too. This is where God wanted me, and I'm still here.
I'm passionate about...
my faith. I think it is is important to know what you believe before you try to witness. You should also listen. I like to see where people are at first.
My story with God
I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was in elementary school. In Junior High, I started to have problems, but God brought me back to Him. My life has continued to change since then. I have grown stronger in my faith. This last year has brought many trials to face, some that I had trouble facing without rage or depression. Yet the Lord has His plan. I have built stronger relationships, I have been able to be a witness to others, and I have made some Christian friends in class.
Other stuff about me:
I have pretty much said it. But I can say this: Frazer is my last name. I am Michael. I want to travel back to Ireland and Scotland as I have family in the latter. I would like to study abroad or teach in either. If I think of more, I'll let you know.
It's going well haha busy as ever with these 19 units actually if you wouldnt mind praying that I will survive this onslaught I would greatly appreciate it. Other than that, I'm focused on the future you know.. D.C. is the dream!
Okay........... that's it we are not talking understand!!!
lol i'm jk sorry man that's gotta be rough, he was a good fella. I am going to D.C. to college, I will be transferring to George Washington University, the college has been on my heart for a long time. I believe I can bring a new perspective to the college. My european values are somewhat different but most importantly my faith in Jesus is what will be the difference. and thank you for your prayers... I will pray for your finals Frazer!
Wow.. sounds like you've got your whole future planned, that's great. As do I in a "sense" I have not been officially accepted yet, that is why I am very anxious to hear the results. Pray if you would for the Lor'ds will concerning that. I too would love to visit my dear old country soon, I hope too this christmas... I really do
I too will pray for you Mike, I think the Lord is going to use our unique gifts for him, all we have to do is put our heads down and focus on the "big picture". You know currently I have no potential haha "female candidates" for a relationship. Thats very good because I am concentrating completely on my education and my political future. Beyond that and even more importantly, I am seeking the Lord about these issues.
