Our Lord never fails. If can only trust in Him and His Words, we'll have peace! In Him there is salvation, so Paul is right, 'nothing can separate us from the love of God.' Thanks for this verse, for we sometimes lose sight of this great love of our God.

What do you dread the most? Here Paul lists some of the most dreadful things we face in life: fear of death, unseen forces, powerful rulers, unknown future events, and even the fear of heights, to name a few. But Paul is thoroughly convinced that none of these dreaded things (and he includes anything else in all the world) are capable of keeping us from thelove of God in Christ Jesus.
Absolutely nothing can separate you from God and his all-consuming love for you. Nothing. When those dreaded fears confront you, remember this promise.

God, we come to You as humbly as we know how. We confess our sins, those known and unknown. Lord you know we are not perfect and we fall short every day of our life, but I want to take time out to say Thank You for Your mercy.
