After a person is saved there is nothing more important in their life than knowing and doing the will of God. If you miss the will of God, you can’t truly be called successful for you have wasted the life that God has given you.

You are not alone in your lack of knowledge for I'm still struggling to store the relavant verses in my brains. I know them but I can't remember the right places to find them. I do not worry about that because I know that with time, I'll get them right.
Everyone is scared about one thing or the other, but you just continue trusting in Him, the Author and the Finisher, of everything,
Blessings
Sister, I want to trust Him.
I know I'm not suppose to be but I am still...I'm scared.
Does it matter that I don't know the bible too well?
God bless
Feet, always invite the Lord to speak through you. He'll send His Spirit to guide and guard the words that come out of your mouth. They'll be His words and not yours. Trust Him to be there whenever you need Him, especially when it comes to His Word. He told us not to worry about what to say. When the time comes He'll put the right words in our mouth.
"Fear not for I am with you always" are His Words to the apostles anad to us as well.
God bless
That's one thing that scares me. I don't want to condemn them. That and I don't want them to view me as persecuting them(which just about any negative thing may be viewed in that sence).
It'd be wonderful if He'd speak and not me! I'm not too good with words.
Be blessed dear sister.
Feet, I think its right to defend the faith and be on God's side. Be careful what you say, so that you stick to your explanations and not condemn them. Invite the Lord to speak through you so that you say the right things to His glory.
Be blessed
It's about what His will is, right? Well, that fits into two importent catagories.
1.Being used for His Sake, praise and glory.
2.Being used by Him to lead others to the truth.
I don't care what it takes out of me. My mother and the JW's need the truth.
I ask for prayer. But, I need to know what God's will is. I've started to write 1 Corinth. 13 to help memorize it.
There's brothers and sisters who risk so much for the Kingdom. I have to do His will.
What do you guys think?
Lina, I think there's a scripture about our trials are worth more than gold...hmm. Let me look it up. I'm not sure how to answer it. The Bible has 1 Peter 1:7
King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.) That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

I'm not sure if that helps. It's the closest scripture that seems to help. Maybe Grace will know.
"So you see God shows mercy to some, just because He wants to, and chooses to make some people refuse to listen" (Romans 9:18). I know that scripture reveals this in the way he hardened Pharaoh's heart so that the Isrealites could see His glory. Would I be right if I say that the Lord chooses to watch us go through the trials we endure for this same purpose? I am lost here, and I need clarification.
How do I know if I've been arguing with the will of God? How does He punish? How do I know if I've been chastised?
