All About GOD

All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

I have always held to the belief that if one part of the Word is True, then it all is True. Also, I hold to the Spirit of the Word not the letter of the Word. This has always covered most if not all of things said against the Word. It holds me accountable at the same time for my actions.

We all know the story Jesus told of the three servants. Their master had given each some of his money to handle. When he returned, he called them to give an account of what they had done. Matt 25:21 21“The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together! We are given this story to help us understand a very useful principle in being a Christian. Our Father wants to teach us how to be at our best. As we learn His Will for us, we must hold to what we know is His Will.
Matt 6:31-32 31“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ 32 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. We see in verse 32, “These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers.” So as Believers, these things are not to dominate our thoughts. Yet, at times they do. So we must learn to Trust Our Lord. Those are the thoughts that should dominate our thinking. We all want to hear the Father tell us, "Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!” We also, do not want our thoughts dominated by fear or lack. I believe we can see how to do both by obeying these verses. We so often, Pray and ask God for many things. Yet, ONLY OUR FATHER knows what is best, He alone understands what we are able to handle. We may believe we are able to be trusted with a million dollars, yet again He alone knows. So we are given the opportunity, “You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities.” We are told also, how not to allow negative thoughts to dominate our thinking. We must believe that, “your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.” This will enable us to exercise our Faith in the Lord. That exercising of our Faith, can be compared to, faithful in handling this small amounts. I looked up the word “principle.” A fundamental truth that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning. A rule or belief governing one’s personal behavior. We must have a mindset on how we will handle things, even before we face them. As long as, we stay humble and want only to bring Glory to our Lord. We will be successful in small things, then we will be given even more responsibilities. We will be that, “good and faithful servant.” We will be able to lead others by example. Our focus will be on pleasing our Master, not on worry and or fear, which make up doubt. To have Faith in Father, that He knows our needs. This builds our Faith yet, even more this Knowledge helps us to Believe even more things about the Love God has for us. That He knows all our needs and does not just spoil us, but wants us to learn Wisdom and other things through Faith in Him. Shows He is a Dad who wants only the best for His Children. We as Children of God must show our Love by Trusting and Believing in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then it will only be a matter of time before we see Him and hear those words, “ ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. Let’s celebrate together!”
