All About GOD

All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

John 3:18-21 18 “There is no judgment against anyone who believes in Him. But anyone who does not believe in Him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. 19 And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. 20 All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed. 21 But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.” In this truth we live, do you allow the Light to shine on you?? Do you fear what will be seen? It is far better to have all things exposed now, then on that Day when we all face God. Some walk in darkness and do whatever they want to do. Others, walk in the shadows and let only what they are “comfortable,” to be seen. Then as in verse 20 those who walk in the Light, care what others see because, they know they are examples. The desire that Jesus be Glorified in what we do. Not wanting others to be lead astray by our actions. “But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.” We see the words to a song, “And they’ll know we are Christians by our Love by our Love...” It is not so we can brag of how we act, that is pride. But, that by our examples they will know how to behave. This is also a reason why, we do not do things that would lead others astray by what we do. Those who hate the Light, because they do what is evil, are puppets of the enemy. Freewill is a powerful thing. We are defined by how we conduct ourselves through our freewill. Is Jesus Glorified by our actions? Are we living as we are lead by the Spirit, or by our flesh? Nowhere can you find that this life of ours, those who follow Christ, is a easy one. Who had a easy time living for God? No, it is hard living for God. The things of our flesh, the enemy knows our weaknesses, there is a file on you somewhere. Yes, we can see that the life of a follower of Christ is hard, yet from what we see time and time again, it is worth every moment. May the Lord Bless you all so you find your way.
