Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Yes, Tina. The cry of your heart is that of a child of God. You want to do nothing but His will. And it is on that basis you can be assured the Holy Spirit will guide you. It is His responsibility towards us as the children of God to guide us in truth. As Therese points out, He will put it in your heart what His will is. And, in addition, He will also enable you to yield to His will and will provide for you where He leads you.
"For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13). This Scriptural truth is one we who desire to please God must meditate on some more and live and walk trustingly in its truth.
I will keep on praying for you.

Someone told me a while back that where the Lord leads He will provide, I pray that God shows you His will and make it so easy for you to grasp and give you a scripture to hold on in the good times and the bad times and this in Jesus name I pray. Be encouraged sister Tina!

I would appreciate prayer, as I am facing a big change in my life. I need to know what God's will is for me as I think of moving into my own place. I live with a family member now, but recently the chance to move came along. I am not sure if it is God's will, and want to do the right thing. Please pray He will guide me through this. Thank you.

Wally, I will be praying for you and your wife regarding this week-end trip. Your fatherly love for Angela is certainly an inspiration to her in finding assurance that God, her heavenly Father, knows what she needs and has made provision for her. The Holy Spirit will gently guide her and open up the way before her. I will be prayer for her too.

Thank you Wally, very good advice, no he can't read. Heis paralyzied on one side, can't walk, talk, or eat. He has a feeding tube. I know he is aware of what's going on around him. Also he seem's to know us. I will keep you and your wife in my prayers, thank you.

I would like to ask for prayer for my wife and I as we drive to Connecticut this weekend to move our daughter back home. She has been working there for a year and her job (internship) has ended. Pray for Angela as she moves back, to find a job or return to school. She has been searching herself for several months trying to determine what road she should take and what her future is to be. Please pray that the Lord will reveal to her a direction for her life. I praise the Lord Jesus for all of you and your commitment to him and to others through this ministry. Thanks be to God. Wally
