hello susan, i was overweight too several years ago, but i had the opportunity to read about the south beach diet, i bought the book and read and reread it and put the book to work. now i am a happy person of normal weight. today, you don't need to read the book, you can go online -just google south beach diet and you're on your way to a thinner you. of course, it's also worthwhile to seek professional help from doctors and wellness practitioners. may God guide you to your heart's desire of a healthier personality.

dear god i have been trying to lose weight and i just can't seem to do it on my own i need some help. I think by losing weight maybe my depression and anxiety will go away. Maybe my self esteme will come back. thankyou god

I have a prayer request ,my left knee is very sore and I have to take pain killers for it so I need to recieve healing thank you love Lindsey

Would you like to receive Jesus Christ as your savior? If you would, you can pray a prayer like this:

“Jesus, I need you. I repent for the life I’ve lived apart from you. Thank you for dying on the cross to take the penalty for my sins. I believe you are God’s Son and I now receive you as my Savior and Lord. I commit my life to follow you.”

Father God, blessed be your name on high, our King and Lord, to You belong all the glory and honor and praise, I come into Your presence in the precious name of Jesus and with the precious blood of Jesus, I thank You Lord for Ceazar and Sherlyn here, thank You Lord for choosing them to serve You and love You, I ask you Lord to keep this fire in their hearts going, never to stop and to take them from glory to glory, thank you Lord for giving them ears to hear Your voice and obey You, for giving them discerment to know right from wrong and to follow all of Your ways, thank You Lord for using them to reach sooo many souls of their generations for you. I ask You Father God to keep them safe from the evil one all the days of their lives and to keep them sooo close to You and Godly friends, surround them with the right people at the right time always and this in Jesus name I pray.

Sovereig God, ever precious Jesus and so for Your mighty and wonderful Spirit, I lift Your name high..Yours are all the commendations and honour the world could offer.
At this time I want to pray for the YP's or the Young People of this generation that they may be able to know You and accept you as their Lord and Saviour.I can see how aggressive they are on the activities of this sinful world..Especially the YP of our church..i could still remember that they are with us in our church then but because of their earthly desire, they backslided and turn their backs on you oh God. I pray today to change their hearts and bring back their fire on knowing you more...I care for them and for their souls..This I ask in thr mighty name of Jesus...Amen.

PRAYER TO LOVE GOD ABOVE ALL THINGS
God, my Father, may I love You in all things and above all things. May I reach the joy which You have prepared for me in Heaven. Nothing is good that is against Your Will, and all that is good comes from Your Hand. Place in my heart a desire to please You and fill my mind with thoughts of Your Love, so that I may grow in Your Wisdom and enjoy Your Peace.
