Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Lord, today this woman attacked me again.  She is relentless and my pain is internal.  my spirit is hurting with all the faulse accusations and insinuations.  Lord I draw off your strength.  I pray for this woman as best I can. What she is saying about in is untrue and I pray for your assiatance.  Lord you know my heart and I did not do what she is saying. I dont know what to do anymore.  She made her choices and I had nothing to do with them.  Now she is blaming me for all her wrongs.  I was young and my pride was in the way.  I followed policy and was not out of line.  I should have taken a step back and let the more experianced person take over.  My sin was my pride that I could do this on my own.  But I never did what she said I did.  Why Lord why is she hurting me like this?

Help me find peace and direction in this sistuation.  As you lead me and direct me.  Amen

Our Prayers are with you Bro Jayaseelan, Mother Theresa of Calcutta once said a very profound thing when asked by a journalist if she thought she had been successful in her ministry "God never called me to be successful, only to be Obedient" and I believe this should be our motto when we serve the Lord, He is the one Who is Successful and Glorified if we are Obedient. The success does not belong to us only to the Lord! AMEN

God bless you, Jayaseelan. I know the Lord forgives and understands. Most that have been in the ministry understand your passion for that which God has put on your heart. The desire to die rather than fail is not a new one. If anyone gets on to you too much, you might just remind them of our Brother Elijah.

1 Kings 19:3-4

3 Elijah was afraid  and ran for his life. When he came to Beersheba in Judah, he left his servant there, 4 while he himself went a day's journey into the desert. He came to a broom tree, sat down under it and prayed that he might die. "I have had enough, Lord," he said. "Take my life...." NIV

Haha, just know you are in good company. Hang in there. The call will be fulfilled in your life. Trust God that He is working in your life and that all these things will work for your good. Who knows, maybe you need a little more patience. Patience is a virtue, you know. Blessings, I am praying but I know God is working to fulfill His call. Amen.

Lina, we all had to suffer down here in some form or another as God children, for we are not of this world but we know for a fact that our big brother got our back, so we have to eat, chew and nourish the words of God,and cast all our cares on JESUS, SO JUST HOLD ONTO GOD'S UNCHANGING HAND,O HEAVENLY FATHER WE COME TO YOU IN AGREEMENT WITH MY SISTERS AND BROTHERS WHO ARE PRAYING FOR LINA,THAT YOU TUCK HER UNDER YOUR WINGS AND KEEP HER SAFE AND GIVE HER THE VICTORY IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME WE PRAY

BROTHER JAY,STAND FIRM IN THE LORD YOU ARE BEING ATTACK BY satan MY BELOVED BROTHER ALSO DO A STUDY ON SPIRITUAL WARFARE,HERE ARE A FEW SCRIPTURE,

In 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 Paul speaks of a future day of evil, when “the man of lawlessness” is revealed, whose working is in accordance with the activity of Satan, and is accompanied by power, signs and false wonders (2:9). In 1 Timothy 3:6 Paul warns about laying hands too quickly on leaders, lest they become conceited and fall into the same condemnation incurred by the devil. In chapter 4, he warns of those who will fall away from the faith and pay attention to “deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons” (4:1). In chapter 5 of 1 Timothy Paul urges younger widows to get married and not to become idle gossips and busybodies. This sounds very “human,” but Paul links it to satanic activity: “Therefore, I want younger widows to get married, bear children, keep house, and give the enemy no occasion for reproach; for some have already turned aside to follow Satan” (1 Timothy 5:14-15). Imagine this. Paul refers to gossiping as turning aside to follow Satan. Now who would have ever considered gossip to be satanic? Paul does.

In his epistle, James condemns the quarrels and strife which were taking place among the saints. He first links such sins to the pursuit of fleshly pleasures (4:1-3). He then indicates that such sin is rebellion against God which grieves His Holy Spirit (4:3-4). Next, Paul links quarrelling and strife with Satan:

6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 7 Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you (James 4:6-7).

Peter had come to learn about Satan the hard way (see Matthew 16:21-23; Luke 22:31). And so we find him warning others of the threat which Satan poses as our adversary. Note that Peter’s warning comes in the context of leadership and of submission (5:1-7):

8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world (1 Peter 5:8-9).
