Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Praise God, My friend is going to the place I am supposed to go as the Vacation Bible School Director. Our home church VBS has changed the dates from 1-10 May to 11 to 20 May. So If I can finish up the translation work I can be the director in our hoe church VBS. The director who is supposed to come to our church has not that is the reason. Thanks and keep praying I would be able to finish the work and get some salary since I have not got any salary for the past one month and mom is really angry. Please pray. Amen

Bless you Seeker. I am continuing to pray that God will give you His choice. He will. Jay, I am so sorry but God knows. Trust Him. He does things sometimes quite differently than we expect. You will see. You will see His glory in this.

Often David rose early in the morning to seek after God because of the enemies that were coming against him. I know he would have difficulty sleeping and needed the comfort of God. God gave him that comfort and David did mighty deeds. I pray that you will have that same comfort this day and that God will help you do mighty deeds in His Kingdom.
I continue to pray for your aunt. Please, do not be too concerned when she uses bad language and says accusing remarks towards you and others. She is probably suffering from dementia which causes her to do that. My father got that same disease in his later years. My prayer was that God either heal him or take him home. Dad had been a faithful follower of Christ for over forty years at the time. This person was not the father I knew growing up. He became very violent and we were unable to keep him at home. God graciously took him home where he is definitely healed today. My mother is still alive and just celebrated her 85th birthday and doing very well. These are things we just cannot understand. I pray God will comfort you during this time. In Jesus name.

That is quite a story. First of all, I am not a prophet but I do believe God gives us wisdom as we grow older. You have acted very immaturely but don't be embarrassed about that. I don't understand all your cultural comments and abbreviations but I can certainly get the gist of your story. You fell for a girl that God did not intend to be your wife. Serving God is more than just doing good deeds for him by taking care of the poor, etc. It is a daily walk with Him in Scripture and prayer. You should spend time with Him everyday. I suspect that you are not. As you develop this relationship with God, He will lead you. He will show you who He has for you to spend the rest of your life with. Do not get ahead of Him. You are putting conditions on the one you think He has. Don't do that. Wait on God. He will give you His choice. I have been married now going on 44 years. I thank God for my wife. A wife is a wonderful gift from God. Trust Him to give you His choice. He is your Father. Trust Him. I pray your relationship with God will grow and mature. I pray He will help you find that one He has for you.
It is very admirable that you want to serve God. I know He will give you the desire of your heart. I have five children - all married and all serving God. Ask God for one that will help you raise your children in the ways of the Lord. That is my prayer for you.

My aunt is not recovered but discharged from hospital. Please continue to pray for her. Also pray for the Vacation Bible School I need to go. Am little scared of how am i going to face tomorrow. Please pray that God I will not worry. Thanks!

Lord, I pray for wisdom in this situation. May Susie and her husband be blessed for their hard work in getting these apartments rented. I pray also that you will help these folks to be able to pay their rent on time and in those untenable circumstances, may they find mercy in this landlord. In Jesus Name.

In need of prayer in r business , it seems satan is trying to come against
it, my husband and i had put a lot of hard work in it , you see we rent
out apts , we cleaned up the place it took 7 years for that to happen,
now the apts are enjoyable to live all of my tentants r very happy, it
seems like the owner of the building does not care about who lives
here , he has know heart I say this cause some of my tentants get
behind on there rent , I know they will pay there rent cause they live
on SSI, but the owner just wants to through them out all he thinks
about is MONEY he does not belive in r God and r Christ , Please help
I need prayer for hearling in all of my life just to get though this Im
feeling very weak and confused.. I pray to my God to bring a blessing

Jessa, may you find work quickly. May our Lord mightily bless you and I know He will provide. I pray that your dad will prosper in his church. Praise the Lord for pastors. I also praise the Lord for Jay who seeks to serve God in ministry to children.
