Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord I stand in agreement and pray for Marion for totall healing in her body that by your stripes she is healed Lord I pray that your strengh will abide in her that she will have a stron will and spirit that you will bring the right docters across her path for totall healing In Christ Jesus by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony the enemy is defeated cover her Lord with your blood in Jesus Name Amen...

Thank you for the prayers. After 860 miles, we have safely arrived. We went through a pretty good snowstorm here in the Midwest. I pray that all of you will have safe travels. In Jesus name.

Thank You, Lord, for these prayers for Zachary. I also pray that would would help him to recover quickly. I also pray for Marion. I pray you would touch her. Help her and those who are caring for her. Encourage them. Be with us on our long trip tomorrow. In Jesus name.

Please pray for Marion. She is old and having trouble swallowing. She also suffers from dementia. I ask God to strengthen and heal Marion. Father, I ask for peace for Marion And God please guide the medical persons helping Marion. Please guide them how to help Marion. In Jesus name, Amen.

Please pray for 6-yr-old Zachery. His dad serves overseas, and he came home for two weeks. Little Zachery was struck by a car at the airport. He survived, and he's in the hospital. I ask God to heal Zach. And I ask for comfort and peace for Zach and his family. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I didn't quite understand the prayer request from Helena but I do pray for Steve. Whatever that need is, Lord, we lift him to you and ask you to be with him and protect him. In Jesus name.

Thank you so much for your kind words and report. It's a joy to hear that prayers are being answered through this venue. We are all so far apart yet that appears to be no problem for God. I am grateful that God has opened the doors through this prayer room for people to have their prayer requests heard and answered. I remember the days long ago when in church we would have a time for prayer requests before prayer and testimonies before the sermon. Most of us don't get that anymore and I am grateful that God gives us this opportunity.
And Christine, if you start that discussion on the best way to pray, I think you would find it would be a very popular discussion and might even bring more people into the prayer room.
Blessings to all during these holidays - and for those who are not getting to enjoy time with family, may you be blessed and may you find Jesus right there with you. In His name.
