Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Thank God for bringing us through the rough times of 2011. Some good things also happened in our lives as well ; exposing us to this website to help us grow spiritually. I pray that 2012 be a year of abundance of grace for all of us. May His star guide us, as it did the Wise men, closer to Him. Peace be to you all and God bless the good work you are doing.

2011 was a very tough year for many. Sometimes, Lord, I wonder if it could get worse. I am hearing that many believe 2012 is going to see many blessings being poured out of Your people. I pray for that. I know many are suffering, even dying for Your name. I pray You will be with them. I pray that You will be glorified in this earth. May people come to know the joy of the forgiveness of sin. Thank You, Father and I pray for these, Laura and others that have reached out to You for prayer. Also, touch Char from this sickness. I pray that You will show Yourself to Your people. In Jesus name.

It sounds as if you are having a pretty rough night. I pray you will find His answer as to why you are feeling this way. Note:
John 10:27-30 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all ; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. 30 I and the Father are one." I don't think Char is the only one that has had a difficult year in 2011. I think her request represents several of us. I pray that you will mightily bless her and all others here in 2012. Help us to recognize our many blessings in the midst of our many trials. I know You are preparing us for something but that does not make it easier for us to endure. You have told us that in this world we would have trouble. You are absolutely correct. You have also promised peace, love, joy, happiness, etc. Help us to appreciate more these wonderful spiritual blessings. In Jesus name.

Father, I amen Martyp's prayer. We are grateful that You kept her safe but sorry that so many of her friends and neighbors lost their lives, homes and all. Heal their devastation. In Jesus name.
