Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

How great is our God! Greater than can be imagined! His greatness overshadows all things, be they illness, unemployment, poverty, marital problems, childlessness, you name them. For this reason, we continue to glorify His holy name with praise and thanksgiving for all His gifts to us. We always wake up with the miracle of life, what other greater miracle can there be?
Father God, it feels good to know, we are your children and can call you FATHER. Thank you for all the great things in our lives. You always bless us with good things. We might not be perfect, but your grace and mercy abound in us and therefore we are not afraid. We look up to you for answers to our endless questions and problems.
Father we thank you for protecting us and keeping us safe in this chaotic world. Send forth your Spirit to renew our faith in Jesus Mighty Name I pray, AMEN!

This is goofy. Gary and I need understanding. Last year we had a tornado. We lost a couple shingles, but the insurance replaced all the shingles. Long story please bear with me. Since the tornado a tenacious little cat has been getting into our attic. The roofers removed a couple plates and forgot to replace them or the storm blew away the pieces and the roofers didn't spot the problem. That left a couple holes under the eaves in the roof. They came back and fixed it. We thought that would do it. The attic door is in Gary's closet. The cat gets in and then waits for Gary to open the door and take her outside to release her. We have two small trees that she could possibly climb, but to get to the roof, it's a good jump. Cats don't fly. I thought maybe she's climbing the downspout, then she'd have to get around the gutters. We're puzzled how she's climbing onto our roof.
Something happened during the storm, and we have a way for a determined cat to get into our attic. Would you please pray that we can figure it out. A cat is one thing, we're concerned about bats, squirrels and raccoons that live in our neighborhood.
Last night we adopted a cat that seems to have picked us. That part's good. I like her. She's a sweet cat.
God, please show us how the cat's getting into our attic. We just aren't seeing it. In Jesus' name, Amen.
