It is with heavy heart as I write this to ask for prayers for my Aunt Pansy's family.She passed on Sunday early evening.Please keep the family in your prayers.This is a closeknit family and they love Jesus.Thank you for all your love,concern and prayers.We appreciate them very much.A little something about my sweet aunt.Her mother,Hattie Anne (my grandmother) passed away when she was around 3 or 4 yrs of age-my dad was 6 yrs. of age.My grandfather loved my grandmother very much but had a drinking problem.After grandma Hattie Anne passed away,my Grandpa Bill lost it and the addiction to liquer took over.The children were orphans.Grandma was expecting a baby when she passed away of a disease.Can't remember at the moment what it was exactly.After my grandmother passed away,the children went from family to family,some of them our kinfolks.They had to work for their board and meals at these young ages.They didn't get things like other children did.The other children would laugh at them and flaunt their posessions in front of these poor babies.Life for them was very cruel and unfair.My Aunt Pansy never even had a baby doll which is why she loved dolls soo much-I supplied her with alot of them because I knew this.Her life turned around when she met my Uncle Leadell-which was my mother's brother.Aunt Pansy was my daddy's sister.Uncle Leadell treated her like she deserved to be treated.They didn't have much but they had each other and raised their three children with love and discipline.I thank God that He placed my Uncle Leadell in my Aunt Pansy's life.She was a very sweet person,a christian lady.Everyone had so much respect for her,myself included.Isn't it amazing that these children even with such hard and cruel lives,they never stopped loving their Lord Jesus Christ.Please pray for us as we lay her to rest Wednesday afternoon at 1pm.I only have two aunts left.They're on my mother's side.One has heart disease and the other alzheimers like her other sisters had including my dear sweet mother.Rest in peace,Aunt Pansy with love your neice Pamela.
