Is it the right decision that i made?
Good day brethren, i greet you in the Name of Jesus Christ our Savior.
i work with this lady here at work for almost 2 years now and we never had serious fights or augment like we did today. we were in a prayer discussion at work and i somehow mentioned her boyfriends name but not in a bad way, i just wanted to assist somehow as we were talking about something.she got upset over that and told me not to mention her boyfriend name, i said but i did say any wrong thing about him i was just trying to show you something, so she got all angry and i told her that i will never speak to her again unless is work related. did i make the right decision or was i just upset? i haven't spoken to her ever since that happened and i want to keep my distance. but is it right to avoid her.

Apologize to her....even if you were right. Peace goes a long ways. Both in personal life and in the work place.
A nice start is " I'm sorry I upset you. That wasn't my intention."
When giving an example, it is better to use yourself as the example instead of the person you are speaking with or one or their close friends or family.
