IS IT RIGHT FOR A WOMAN TO PRAY WITH HER HAIR OPEN

I believe it is ok for a woman to pray with her head covered or uncovered. It doesn't matter. I came to this conclusion based on the context and history of the book. That was a specific cultural rule that applied to the church of Corinth at that time. That's not to say that applies to the whole book of Corinthians. (It doesn't) just to those verses.
Others may disagree with me, though and that's ok too.

it is also right to pray even if you don't have hair anymore.

i believe that a woman hair is a covering it is when she cuts it it dishonors
