Vicki,
If you don't know what to do, if at all possible, don't do anything. Wait on God. Give God time to clarify the situation for you. If you have to make a decision right now because of pressing circumstances then ask your loving Heavenly Father to open the door for you in the way that He wants you to go.

"Delight yourself in the LORD and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Lord; trust in Him and He will do this." Psalm 37.4,5. But you will find the whole Psalm a blessing in this context. i.e., see vs 7 and 8, 16, 18-19, v23, 25-26, 28, 30, 34, 37, 39-40.

And take Peter's direction and encouragement for you to heart, as he quotes Psalm 34 see 1 Pet 3. 8-12. Also ch4.19, and ch5.6-7.

Praying for you Vicki that God our Saviour will pour out upon and within you the Spirit of grace and glory so that you might filled with peace, love, strength and joy in the Holy Spirit through Christ Jesus. He who gave us His only Son, will He not, with him, give us all things?

In the love of Jesus, who, gave Himself for us, that we might live in Him,

I do not know your need request but I want to encourage you to speak God's word in your situation everyday, the Lord laid this scripture on my heart to speak it into your situation, speak it in faith and without fear or hesitation , God's word really works: The Lord shall perfecteth that which concerns me!

I can feel your sense of helplessness. But we must thank God that when we are the point where all we can do is give up and let God take over, it is a point of allowing God's intervention. It is the point where all things are possible because God takes over and with God all things are possible. I am praying for you, Vikki.
