(2 Cor 9:8 NKJV) And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have abundance for every good work.
He is more grace, more love, more peace, more strength, more wisdom, more health, and more joy-more of everything you need. We have a very limited supply of any of these in ourself, how often do we show the area of need we have by the clear evidence of lack of these things.
If only we would learn to come to Him. He has more than enough to meet our need and the needs of all mankind. He is the source of all things! He is a God of abundance! If we would only come and ask for whatever it is we have need of, he is well able to meet that need out of his “riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
And in every situation in life God wants to give us his grace. Notice the verse says, “God is able to make all grace abound to you.” It means to be plentiful, proliferate, to thrive and flourish. So God is able but we have to ask!
This grace is not just available for the special times, but “in all things at all times”. What generosity!! God’s grace is available every moment of every day, and in every situation. With the gifting of His grace to us, it then becomes possible to live a victorious life.
In fact, He’s already extending that grace to you right now; all you have to do is open your heart and humbly receive it by faith. Humility one, important key to receiving God’s working in our lives. But when we are humble, then He will empower us buy His grace.
Father in heaven, today I humbly come before you I surrender my heart, will, mind and emotions to you I ask that you pour out your grace on me today and equip me for every good work. In Jesus’ Name Amen
