'Vicious' death panel rumor debunked

The Senator says that it is a rumor.Here is the problem that I have with this segment...
The lady that asked the question read the bill and was quoting from it. The Senator has not read the bill and is quoting talking points.
If there is a "truth" squad that act as refery, it needs to be from a nonbiased source which
CNN IS NOT.
