Life or Death

Jesus came that we would be saved for a time like this. But Jesus
also came that we might have life and live it more abundantly. But
what does it mean to be saved? It means to turn from sin and have a
spiritual rebirth. John 3:3 says "Jesus answered and said unto him,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he
cannot enter the kingdom of God." Born again means spiritual rebirth.
But Jesus didn't mean just go to church and your saved. Just say
your a Christian or give a lot of money in the offering on Sundays
and say your saved. That doesn't cut it. Jesus wants us to get down
on our knees and say we need him. With out Jesus we are lost.
Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned and come short of the glory
of God." You see without Christ we are lost. We are like little
lambs that wonder off into the night and do our own thing. But with
Jesus we are not lost. With Jesus we have that life and live it to
the fullest. John 10:10 also says "The thief comes not, but for to
steal, kill, and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and
that they might have it more abundantly." You see the enemy here is
the devil. And the devil just wants us not to get saved so that we
can be killed, stolen from and destroyed of all life. God gives us
2 choices in life one to chose death and be killed for all life and
eternity or to chose life and live life to the fullest. To fullest
