Victory Over Depression - through Jesus Christ

My heart goes out to everyone affected directly or indirectly with depression. It is one of the most paralyzing type of illnesses to have.

To make this post short. I suffered with depression most of my earthly life, and most of my born again Christian life. After 30+, Jesus grew me through depression in 1996. Life is an absolute joy to experience even as depression symptoms may linger. Jesus walks and grows me through them.

The solution for depressed Christian is CHRIST IN YOU, 24.7.

I have learned that. We really cannot do this without him and delude ourselves otherwise.
Jesus know's it all, has felt it all and has been through it all and is the Victor, so we can follow him and be victorious too.
