Thanks, Bob. One thing I remember is reading about the saints, of course canonnized by the Catholic Church. But I used to wonder how they went through persecution for Christ. I realized they had a strength I didn't have.

Jackie I love how God planted the seed of desire for Him in your heart when you were young. I also had the same desire from my youth to know god, even at age 9 I lied at camp and told them I was Catholic because I thought they had more to offer than the protestant service. lol

It is so awesome to know that God knows how to reveal Himself to us in His time no matter which religion we are in when He calls us to a relationship with Himself through faith in Jesus work of bringing salvation to us.

I am praying for Debi too. I just wanted to comment that I came out of the Catholic Church. When I was young I searched for God and wanted to be a nun. This is all I knew at the time, on how to follow God. God did reveal truth to me in the Catholic Church and gave me a desire for Him at a young age. But when I did turn to Christ, at the age of 22 years, I found God outside of the Catholic Church. When I read the scriptures, I realized that some of what the Catholic's believe is not biblical, so I never returned to the Catholic Church. I thought I would share this. God bless.

Lord we bring before you in prayer Debi Roberts friend who has a lump that they found and they are afraid it is cancer. Father God your Word in Psalm 139 talks about how you saw Debi when she was being formed in her mothers womb. Father her life is in your hands and because love hopes all things, and believes all things, therefore we hope and believe for her to be totally healed.

Thank you for Robert also who is so caring that he shared this need with us. Father touch Robert's life in a very special way. Give him peace and help him to give his heavy burden over to your care, in Jesus name amen.

Bob, your encouragement is truly a gift that you share unconditionally to us. As you have mentioned before, we as Christians should not give in to a temptation of condemning others.

Christopher it goes to show that God loves Catholics and wants everyone to come to the knowledge of the truth. I have former Catholic friends who were saved while still in the Catholic Church. All the elements are present and the Holy Spirit uses the truth that is present to touch and transform lives.

I came out of the Catholic Church 30 years and I say it is a CULT yet I new notig about it so I Followed Jesus ans read His word and Built a Relationship and Built my Life around Jesus
