TV show "living Biblically"

Have recently seen previews for a show by this name. In the previews its about a man who decides to live Biblically before his marriage.  It then proceeds to show excerpts when Christianity is mocked. In one scene he is talking to his priest in a confessional and explains his intentions and the priest hysterically laughs at him and mocks his intentions. It also shows him being extremely zealous ( beyond anything I have seen) and they proclaim it to be witnessing. It also shows a black woman threatening him when he tries to read a scriptural point about something.   

Hollywood has finally broken down any pretense of toleration and is openly mocking the scriptures and the Christian way of life. It was a very eye opening experience and a bit of a wake up call. Any one else shocked or caught off guard by this?
