Abomination and desolation
Now, let me highlight these two words *abomination* and *desolation*. Before I begin, I know some are already saying ‘I am not afraid’ if you not that means you have confidence but in what and in who? You all to know that any cofondence in anythingnor anyone apart from JESUS is like sinking sand. I leave you to think about that one.
Now *abomination*:
Extreme horror; shame; torment(depression and the like); abhorred; loather (hater; unwillingness to repent from evil; afraid); unhappy; reluctant (disobediences) & the like..
*Desolation*:
loneliness; sorrow; grief; woe (distress, affliction); hopelessness; depression and the like
Abomination is the act of rebellion is *Witchcraft* (sorcery) and stubbornness is *idolatry*.
Desolation, this is the suffering that comes as a consequence of the rebellions and stubbornness. Witchcrafts (sorcerers) and idolatry amongst many who claims to believe in Jesus today. Reassess you believe now, don’t hide because God see everything and don’t remain ignorant. Don’t say ‘God loves me’ yes, He does more than you can imagine but know that no witches and idolaters will inherit the kingdom of God.
“Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.”
Revelation 22:14-15 NKJV
Yes, it not enough to just believe, it is written:
“You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!”
James 2:19 NKJV
But do you tremble before the Living God? Do you?
“For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.”
Deuteronomy 4:24 NKJV
*He doesn’t want to share you with demons*
“Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.”
Hebrews 12:28-29 NKJV
