THE POWER OF THANKS
The bible said in in 1st Thessalonians 5vs 6, in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. One might ask, why do we need to give thanks even in misfortune? The answer to the above question is simple. What you have lost can not be compared to what is left. That you are alife is an indication that God's hand is upon your life and that He will always see you through no matter what life brings to you. There are times we should have been smashed crushed or even killed and somehow, something strange happens, a miracle occures. apparently the spiritual triumphing over the physical.
Mans destiny is not synonymous with his daily experiences. And how you respond to your daily experiences is what defines you. Many of the challenges you go through in life could bring in the needed changes in your life.
What happened to Job? His family was dead, his land ravaged and his skin covered in sores. But why everything was going wrong around him, Job held on to one thing he knew for certain, God. Apparently, God gave him victory over satan and he was rewarded abundantly.
Our God is still the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. What He does for one, He will do for all. Whether today is good or bad, put your trust in God and thank Him that He is in control. When God said, that He will never leave you nor forsake you, He was not making a statement but a promise and God's promises can not miscarry.
