Yes, Angela. There are many names of God as well as titles, which are used as names. Those which you have posted are only the limited variations in the Old Testament of the YHWH name which means "I am that I am."  "I am that I am" did this or that. So, He is this or that.  Obviously, at times when God did a specific thing in the lives of the Israelites, they identified Him with a variant term for that specific action/benefit which He accomplished for them. Above are those variant names. Though I could, I will not go through the depth of typing to describe the changes  that brought about the use of the word Lord and Jehovah to identify God repeatedly instead of YHWH.

Maybe it could be done gradually lesson by lesson.

New Testament are as follows: Jesus, Immanuel, Alpha and Omega, Holy Spirit.

Except for Immanuel, Choco has given the names in English of the Hebrew names which are replaced by the words Lord or God or Jehovah as they are in the Old Testament. Immanuel is the only unchanged name of God given in prophecy of the Messiah's name in the New Testament.

Thanks Benedict
