Sin and sin and sin, how do I get out of sin, and the partner living in a sin of continous lies.

Thank you char, I am working on doing the right thing. Do I just leave him. And pray he will heal. Or I have to help him heal.

I am going to do it right thank you. He is not saved, I tried but I think it was not easy in this situation. I am ready thank you for helping me. Father I thank you for the healing. I thank you for Father God for being so patience with me.

I can't tell you what to do, but I hope this helps. You deserve an honest relationship based on the truth and happiness. He isn't it. He is married to someone else. Honestly, he's no prize. If he is unfaithful to her, he will be unfaithful to you. The relationship may seem safe, but it will go south eventually and cause you and his wife a lot of pain. I'm saying this with lots of love.

Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint. (25:19)

I do know what to do. You surprise me, I have been thinking of this situation. Praying Father to give me courage, to get out of this relationship. The worst thing is at times I feel he is using me. But I am thankful since I out of this relationship for The Good of my soul, and my health. I know it will only be easy with God by my side. Which I am sure of.. Thank you Father for sisters and brothers who care so much for me. Thank you God. Thank you Mary God bless you.

It's what I would have said to my daughter if she was in your shoes. I was asking God what to say, and it came to me to say what I would say to my daughter.

You want someone who will love and take care of you. Set your standards higher. Check out Ephesians 5. You want someone you can take home and introduce to your family. You don't want to sneak around. You don't want a relationship based on lies. You want something based on God's love. Look at Jesus, He gave himself up for the church.

Get your heart right with God again. God is rich in mercy. Mercy is when we don't get what we deserve. God has given me lots of mercy. Oh boy! Psalm 103 is a good place to read.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. (Ephesians 5:25)

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. (James 5:16)

You have been in habitual sin willfully, you must now do as God has been convicting you to do and turn away from that sin. You must repent before God. Call upon him to strenghten you to do what is right before him. An adulterous relationship is a horrible state to be in. It kills your testimony as a born again believer. Repent of your sin and be blessed. God is not against you as you know, He loves you. Seek him and do as the Spirit leads you. Cut sin at the root, let go of the relationship completely and don't look back.

 

17Since you call on a Father who judges each man’s work impartially, live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear. 18For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, 19but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. 20He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake. 21Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God. 1 Peter 1

This is one of those situations that is like a bandaid- you just have to pull it off. You cannot help him heal. Only God can do that, but you can pray for him. 

Know that you are doing the right thing. God has placed this on your heart. 

I pray that God will give you the strength to do the right thing and stay strong and heal your heart.
