I believe it is Daniel where a battle occurred that prevented Michael 21 days to win. He was delayed that long to bring a message. So I would think that the preventing of a message from God getting through is the reasoning. That would have been during the time of the Age of the Law. WE are now in the Age of Grace. When this Age ends we will be in the Tribulation. Things will change once again.

Christ said that he saw Lucifer fall from heaven but I don't understand quite where that occurred or if it has yet to occur. My guess is that it occurred at Christ's crucifixion/resurrection. He stated before He gave up His spirit *It is finished*.

God has always had a way of dealing with humans. He has introduced several *Ages* to us humans. The Bible explains them and if you are paying close attention, you will recognize when they change for each one. A better way is to get a book that describes these periods. They are called dispensations.

There is a book *There Really Is A Difference* by Renald E Showers comparing covenant and dispensational theology. He also has another book *What on Earth Is God Doing* discussing Satan's conflict with God. Both of them are informative reads.

"There Really is a Difference" is an excellent book.
