What I mean by saying that no sin will be allowed in the presence of Almighty God is that no sin will be ALLOWED to enter into heaven where God's abode is. Outside of heaven it's a different story because Almighty God in human form as Jesus Christ came down to SINFUL earth. The Holy Spirit the Third Person of the Tri-united God dwells everywhere on earth "rubbing shoulders" with sinful human beings in order to woo them to Christ. If the H.S. did not woo unbelievers there would not be even one human being in heaven except Enoch and Elijah both of whom were taken up to heaven while still alive.
Ananda you are right in saying that no sin will enter there “heaven” neither will your physical body where sin dwells. Only your spirit is born again, the only part that will go with a new body, “spiritual”

From reading this, it's my understanding that it's your belief that the only way to be in His presence is to be Holy as He is Holy. From your other replies, you continue to repeat what a sinner you are & how you'll never reach that state of holiness. You tell us about all of your sins & how your flesh will never overcome the desires of the world. You quote Peter stating that God would never tell us to be holy if it wasn't possible. Does those not seem like contradictory statements?
When I am raptured (I expect it very, very soon), or at the very moment of my death, I BECOME PERFECTLY Holy as Almighty God is Holy. The perfect HOLINESS will never have come into me (at the Rapture or death) had I not been MADE HOLY or REGENERATED by the Holy spirit at the moment of my Salvation. While I am still on earth, I am a "caterpillar" waiting patiently and expectantly to turn into a "butterfly" and fly away. Only genuinely born again followers of the Holy Bible (KJV for the English-speakers) do have the GREAT EXPECTATION of Titus 2:13: Awaiting the GLORIOUS union in the clouds at the moment of the Rapture! As long as my heart is beating in my chest, I will never give up on this expectation!
Yes ... and what you speak of is the difference between positional holiness and experiential holiness. At new birth our spirits are made new and joined with Christ in the presence of the Holy Spirit. We receive His righteousness and holiness. The holiness is not our own, but His, for there truly is only one that is holy. At the same time we live int he fallen flesh that is not redeemed, but will be exchanged for the new body that is fittted for holiness. While we are in this fallen flesh we are called to live holy lives, meaning to crucify the flesh daily and to live for Jesus because we love Him.
At new birth I am fully made a child of God, just not fully completed in that I start as a spiritual baby in the fallen flesh. I must grow spiritually and I will be changed physically. Jesus promises to finish this work:
Php 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Because of this great change you experienced at new birth you have "becaome" a child of God and are no longer viewed as a "sinner."
Php 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
------------------------------------------------------------
All genuinely born again followers of Jesus Christ will be SINLESS at the moment of the RAPTURE which is called the Day of Christ.
I used the words Genuinely Born Again because there are Christians who have gotten a VAIN BELIEF as in 1 Cor. 15: 2. I call these people CHURCH-ians or COIN followers. Christian Only In Name.
I have no disagreement over the fact that there are many who think they are Christian, but are not.
We are viewed as sinless now in the spirit as we are born anew as children of God indwelled by the Holy Spirit and the flesh will be destroyed.
If the person is truly Saved, YES they go to Heaven, I personally am very guilty lately being Gods Child of committing intentional sin, and of course the Lord has Chastened me to the point where I have absolutely no choice but to stay in the Word and be who He wants me to be. No one is exempt from Sin. Being His Child in no way would make me perfect, I am a Sinner Saved by HIS Grace and im sure I have un known sins, but lately I have sinned and confessed and Know my Lord will forgive me and loves honesty and those that turn to HIM.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
http://takehisheart.comDear Sheila....i believe there is something very foundational in the bible named as the "MY HOUSE"
The Bible talks about "my house," or "a house" many times. It presents another picture that we can understand of God's Kingdom, God's Church. The Lord sometimes calls His Church a house.
2 Timothy 2:19-21
Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Here we see that every one that nameth the name of Christ is in a great house. Naming the name is your declaration of faith (establishment) to another person that Jesus is who He is. Paul also says that anyone doing this is to depart from lawlessness, but He goes on to say there are those who won't do this. Therefore, there are those in the Lord's House (Church, Kingdom) who do not honor Him but nevertheless they are still saved (still in the Lord's house). So in this great house there are some who honour, and some who dishonour.
Just read this & found it quite beautiful by Charles Spurgeon.
"For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
2 Corinthians 5:21
Mourning Christian! why weepest thou? Art thou mourning over thine own corruptions? Look to thy perfect Lord, and remember, thou art complete in him; thou art in God's sight as perfect as if thou hadst never sinned; nay, more than that, the Lord our Righteousness hath put a divine garment upon thee, so that thou hast more than the righteousness of man--thou hast the righteousness of God. O thou who art mourning by reason of inbred sin and depravity, remember, none of thy sins can condemn thee. Thou hast learned to hate sin; but thou hast learned also to know that sin is not thine--it was laid upon Christ's head. Thy standing is not in thyself--it is in Christ; thine acceptance is not in thyself, but in thy Lord; thou art as much accepted of God today, with all thy sinfulness, as thou wilt be when thou standest before his throne, free from all corruption. O, I beseech thee, lay hold on this precious thought, perfection in Christ! For thou art "complete in him." With thy Saviour's garment on, thou art holy as the Holy one. "Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us." Christian, let thy heart rejoice, for thou art "accepted in the beloved"--what hast thou to fear? Let thy face ever wear a smile; live near thy Master; live in the suburbs of the Celestial City; for soon, when thy time has come, thou shalt rise up where thy Jesus sits, and reign at his right hand; and all this because the divine Lord "was made to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
