22For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: 23But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 24O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? 25I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
I will never say that I am better than the Apostle Paul in my SPIRITUAL STATE.

We have now entered into circular discussion. You are back to near the beginning wanting to use Romans 7. I repeat that Romans 7 cannot be understood fully without also including Romans 8.
I would also give you Paul's word, as inspired by the Holy Spirit from 2 Corinthians 5:
2Co 5:14-21 NIV84 For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. (15) And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. (16) So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. (17) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! (18) All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: (19) that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. (20) We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. In my case I have not STOPPED living for myself as v. 15 requires. I am guilty of not living my life as per v. 16. I still REGARD others with a WORLDY p.o.v. But I thank God for v. 19 . I am an ambassador for Christ...yet a sinful one ...neglecting to do good (James 4:17) when I should be doing good. Therefore I can never honestly declare that I am without sin.

OK, we have gone in circles. You just do not understand the difference between an action that is a sin and person BEING a sinner.

1 Timothy 1:15 states: This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. This says that He came to save sinners. What are we saved from? We’re saved from our sins. If we’re saved from our sins, isn’t it thereby impossible to now be a sinner? If we remain sinners, wouldn’t Christ’s death be in vain?
Paul is saying that he is “the chief sinner who Christ saved.” Paul is stating that Jesus has saved him from sin who, in his own eyes, was a chief sinner. I’m sure many of us feel as Paul that we were the chief of sinners. Paul in no way justifies a person remaining in sin once they confess they have been saved.
Romans 6:1-2 states: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Paul’s expression of ‘God forbid’ shows how appalled he is at the suggestion of continuing in sin once we have experienced the grace of God. We cannot continue in sin because through our identification with Jesus Christ we are dead to sin. Sin can no longer make any legal claim on the believer because we are viewed by God as if we ourselves had died that fateful day at Calvary. When God sees us, He looks at us through the Father’s eyes & sees His Son. He now abides in us & us in Him. If Christ knew no sin, and we are born into Christ & into a new life free from sin, then it’s only accurate to say “Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. (1 John 3:9).”
Sinner saved by grace is fact however we’re no longer sinners. Some use this statement because of their constant falling into sin. It helps them feel better about themselves when they do fall. It also helps make them feel comfortable with a life filled with compromise. By never being able to move towards holiness because we’re constantly telling ourselves we’re sinners is living a much defeated life. The fullness of Christ is never realized. Believers of Jesus Christ would, and should, renounce sin at all cost. They would not want to be associated with sin; even in name. For either we will be sinners, or we will be saved, but we cannot be both.
Can sweet and bitter water come out of the same fountain? Neither can anyone be a sinner and saved. Is it true that “if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (2 Cor. 5:17)?” If yes, as the Scripture states, then a sinner is what one used to be, saved is who they are now.
If I am saved by grace, then am I free from the law of sin and death to which Jesus’ blood cleansed me from.
Sinner or saved, you make the choice, but you will have to choose because no sinner will inherit the kingdom of God.
Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Sorry...I am NOT saved from sins...I am saved from an eternity in hell-fire! If I am saved from sins, I should never sin anymore! But I DO sin. Here's how: 1st John 2:
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
There are so many "things that are in the world" that I am attracted to. I LOVE the house I bought. I love my hobbies. I love my grand children more than I love my children or my wife. The list is long! They all come under "all that is in the world" in v. 16 above.
Getting SAVED from the power of Satan is a pre-requisite for SALVATION from eternal hell-fire!
Satan is the arch-Tempter. He even dared to TEMPT Jesus Christ, God in human flesh. His main profession is to entice human beings to disobey the commandments of God/Jesus Christ! Satan makes sin extremely ATTRACTIVE. Human pride is one of the sins that Satan uses to attract mankind towards sin. I know in my heart that I am proud. Every time I COMPARE myself with anotherr human being and think that I am better than them...I have sinned. And that comes thru' PRIDE and God hates PRIDE.
If I say or think that I have no sins, I make God a liar (1st Jn.1:8 & 10). How? God states that I AM a sinner by saying that ALL HAVE SINNED and come SHORT of God's infinite Holiness. (Rom. 3:23). God declares me to be a sinner and I declare myself as free from sin...that makes me say that God has lied. That alone is a sin. And what about this:
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.I have never been able in my life to ever to say that I have OVERCOME the sin of the above verse!

Ananda, everyone is trying to tell you that if you're a slave to sin, then you're a sinner; if you've been freed from the power of sin and are a slave to righteousness, then you're a saint. Don't call yourself a sinner if Christ has freed you from sin. Romans 6:18 says, "You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."

I don't love God as Jesus Christ told me to love Him with ALL my heart, with ALL my soul with ALL my spirit. Why? Because I don't have the CAPACITY in my being to to love God with ALL I HAVE GOT!
I don't love my wife as Christ loved the Church, and voluntarily DIED for it! Why? Because, as a mere human being, I don't have what it takes to love my wife as Jesus Christ told me to.
I don't LOVE MY NEIGHBOR as Jesus Christ told me to. Why? Because I am to love my neighbor (includes those who hate me) as I LOVE MYSELF. It means If I buy a new house for myself, I am required to do the same for my houseless neighbor who could be hating me by words and deeds. (My neighbor is anybody who is in need of anything).
Now, pl. tell me , AM I headed to hell because I am not living my life ACCORDING to what Jesus Christ COMMANDED? I am not talking about KEEPING the Ten Commandments here. I am talking about what Jesus Christ COMMANDED all Born Again Christians to do!

So, your failures negate the work of Jesus and devalue the power of the blood? Or is God greater than your failures and as stated in Philippians 1:6 He is not done with you yet, but will finish the process if you have received Jesus as Lord and Savior?

Whether you're headed to hell or not isn't for me to say. That's between you & Him. You do downplay His power by your human failures. He says to Be Holy for He is Holy. Run the race, don't stumble along & make excuses for not finishing. Your aim is perfectness & though you'll never reach the ultimate, you can come close but you never will by placing your excuses above His grace. Do you continue to focus on the human weaknesses or the Spirit that abides in you which is greater?
He tells us there is no temptation taken you that such as is common to all men. BUT God is faithful who will not tempt you above that you are able but will with the temptation MAKE A WAY OF ESCAPE so that you may be able to bear under that temptation. Do you lean on His faithfulness or do you set yourself up for failure?
