I need to know about prayer. Do I have to kneel when I pray?and do I need to pray outload? And who do I pray to?

Posture is unimportant ... only the heart really matters. There is no formal position that is greater than another. There are no special words that are greater than another. The key is communicating with God from the heart in true honesty. Simply talk to Him and express what you feel.
