I believe that christian music message cannot be compared to the word of God or weigh in the same level. Faith comes from hearing the message and message is heard through the word of Christ. christian music prepares our heart and mind but cannot go beyond that. christian music can be an avenue but not the place of salvation, or not the way either.

I actually went to a church one time where the minister sang his sermon. I think we are in agreement that it takes faith in God's Word about Jesus to be saved.
