If the word have is translated or understood to be possession then NO. But if it means can Christians be oppressed by demons then yes. Demons are Satans workers and can be sent or assigned to harrass anyone especially Christians. Christians are covered in the blood of Jesus and belong to God, and since that means they are filled with the Holy Spirit demons cannot occupy that temple of the HS. However they can torment someones mind, tempt them, aggravate them, etc. When people accept Jesus they are no longer under the prince of the power of the airs dominion, but under the authority of the kingdom of God. It is up to the new Christian to learn all he or she can about the rights of being a child of God, transformation of the inner life and the renewing of the mind. Many times people need help getting rid of messages or lies they had chosen to believe in their past life before Christ. Others need to learn to take a stand against family bloodline curses. Deliverance is often a necessary thing to process a new Christian from the old way of thinking into victorious Christian life. Jesus spoke to the demons and they left immediately, not all the people who He delivered were believers at first, some cried out to him in their distress at the moment of deliverance. Jesus wants to see all people set free from the power of the devil. If you have any other specific questions please ask and I am sure many here will be able to get into more detail with you.
I am really glad that the Holy Spirit has helped us all to have a better understading of the activities and of demonic activities.
I see that the we are understanding that they are messingers just like they were before they fell, but thier messages are lies and distortions of the truth.
Satin knows that if we believe the lies, then we will fall into his strong hold.
It is the lies that we believe that must be addressed if we are ever going to expearence freedom
I was made a where of something a while back from the Scripture ThekingandI quoted out of the book of Revelations 3:15-16 about luke warm Christians. Jesus said they were neither hot nor cold, but luke warm, then he says I wish you were one or the other.
In our lives as Christian there are things that we are to be passionate about and things we are to be cold toward, but we are never to live an indifferent life. Our world is plagued with this indifference and many Christians are falling into the same traps as these early Christians and are luke warm. It is the strategy of the enemy. It is the cry of the demonic realm, “tolerance”.
Passion is talking about something that is from the heart, we can be passionate about many things thoughout our lives.
When we are born again we are passionate about this new found relationship and we invest time growing in our relationship with God and our new found family of God.
The enemy will try to shift your passion to anything else, like a job, a boyfriend or girl friend, hobbies, TV, etc. he will use any thing he can to distract you even good things.
You can tell if your passion is wanning if you find yourself becoming legalistic, by saying to yourself; oh if I read 2 chapters a day from the Bible, and pray the Lords prayer, and even pray for your love ones, then I am in relationship.
Passion will come when Jesus isn't just part of your life, but he becomes your life, you can't live without him, like you can't live without air.
Your whole life starts revolving around you greatest passion Jesus. The Holy Spirit is in your life also to stir up your passion and to guide you into the truth. He will be your councelor and your helper in what is going to be a eternal relationship with you.

Could someone please explain the difference between opression and possession as far as symptoms go? How would a possessed person act as opposed to one oppressed?
Great question. First no Christian can ever be possessed because that would require ownership, and once a person accepts Jesus Christ, ownership of that person has been surrendered to God. We have a choice who is going to rule and reign in our lives, once we are Christians we give our will over to God and follow His will and purpose for our lives. While we can be oppressed by demons outside of our "temple" they cannot penetrate into controlling us. Demons can only oppress Christians from the outside circumstances. Demon possession on the other hand comes from the inside of a person who has either given control to Satan voluntarily or through the sin of their parents been given over to Satan. There are many circumstances where this can happen but a classic example that comes to mind is children who were placed at birth or a young age in mental institutions, left with no parental nurturing often become completely deranged and possessed of devils, I have seen cases of this and it is very sad. People who grow up and repeatedly chose the dark side of life at some point find themselves no longer in control of their choices but are now being manipulated and controlled by demons and doing their bidding. One of the clear distinctions between oppression and possession besides the Jesus factor is that the oppressed person is able to choose to resist the oppressive activity by removing themselves from the situation, using the Word of God and prayer, often the possessed person is not able without miraculous intervention or help from a Christian ministering deliverance to fight off the possession and will actually resist being set free because of the strong hold of the enemy. I hope this helps, it is an extremely abridged version of a much more in depth explanation.
