1 Corinthians 8:1 King James Version (KJV)
8 Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.
1 Corinthians 8:1 Wycliffe Bible (WYC)
8 But of these things that be sacrificed to idols, we know, for all we have knowing. But knowing bloweth, charity edifieth [Soothly science, or knowing, in-bloweth with pride, charity edifieth].

We should act in love with using our knowledge and not use knowledge without love.

We cant truly claim anything because it is all the Lord’s.
Some one obviously doesn't know, or understands anything about the new creation. But again the natural man receiveth not the things of the spirit of God, for they are foolishness unto him, neither can he know them for they are spiritually discerned.
1 Corinthians 2:14-15 (KJV)
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

3 But if any man love God, the same is known of him.

If we live by our love for the Lord, He will know it.

We can only love God by receiving Christ and by Christ God knows us personally, He can have a fellowship with us that we need.
1 Corinthians 8:5 King James Version (KJV)
5 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
1 Corinthians 8:5 Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)
5 For even if there are so-called “gods,” either in heaven or on earth — as in fact there are “gods” and “lords” galore —

This world may serve many different thins but we know who God truly is as Christians.

This world makes gods and serves many things but only the Lord is worth serving and gives life.
7 Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.
7 But not everyone has this knowledge. Moreover, some people are still so accustomed to idols that when they eat food which has been sacrificed to them, they think of it as really affected by the idol; and their consciences, being weak, are thus defiled.

Some people are weaker because of their past knowledge, we should not be a stumbling block to these.

We should try to live in a way where we uplift each other and avoid things that could weaken other believers.
8 But meat commendeth us not to God: for neither, if we eat, are we the better; neither, if we eat not, are we the worse.
8 Now food will not improve our relationship with God — we will be neither poorer if we abstain nor richer if we eat.

Food is always physical. While fasting can draw us closer to God, he is saying eating is meant to physical and not a spiritual act.
9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.
9 However watch out that your mastery of the situation does not become a stumbling block to the weak.

We should not let our freedom in Christ cause those who that are burdened down by rules to slip away or be confused.
10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
10 For if others see you, who possess knowledge, eating in the temple of an idol, might they not, since their conscience is weak, be encouraged to the point of eating food sacrificed to idols?

We should be encouragements to other believers rather then be someone who makes them weak.
1 Corinthians 8:11 King James Version (KJV)

Lets not let what we know cause us to bring others down but let it be used to bring them to the cross.
