1 Corinthians 7:23 King James Version (KJV)
23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.
1 Corinthians 7:23
Webster 23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.
These are my thoughts.
We are not to fall to the sinful influence of men because Christ died so we can live for Him.

1 Corinthians 7:25 King James Version (KJV)
25 Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.
1 Corinthians 7:25 Wycliffe Bible (WYC)
25 But of virgins I have no commandment of God; but I give counsel, as he that hath gotten mercy of the Lord, that I be true.

Sometimes this is what we have to tell people, God does not speak on every topic within scripture but He will give us insight on those not in scripture as He did for Paul.
26 I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.
26 Therefore I guess, that this thing is good for the present need; for it is good to a man to be so [for it is good for a man to be so].

We can not let things that come our way shake our faith, we need even when hard times come stand strong in Him.
1 Corinthians 7:27 King James Version (KJV)
27 Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife.
1 Corinthians 7:27 Wycliffe Bible (WYC)
27 Thou art bound to a wife, do not thou seek unbinding; thou art unbound from a wife, do not thou seek a wife.

We are to be content where we are at and let God lead us where to go.
1 Corinthians 7:28 King James Version (KJV)
28 But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.
1 Corinthians 7:28 Wycliffe Bible (WYC)
28 But if thou hast taken a wife, thou hast not sinned; and if a maiden is wedded, she sinned not; nevertheless such shall have tribulation of flesh. But I spare you.

These are my thoughts.
To marry is a good thing but it is also good to stay single and not have the burden of marriage but be fully devoted to the Lord.
29 But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none;
29 Therefore, brethren [And so, brethren], I say this thing, The time is short. Another is this, that they that have wives, be as though they had none;

We are to live with everything we have to serve the Lord; Paul is no way promoting divorce or being a bad husband.
30 And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not;
30 and they that weep, as they wept not; and they that joy, as they joyed not; and they that buy, as they had not;

Thru Christ our life changes and we do things had could never imagine.
36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry.
\36 And if any man guesseth himself to be seen foul on his virgin, that she is full waxen [that she is well old], and so it behooveth to be done, do she that that she will; she sinneth not, if she be wedded.
Wycliffe Bible (WYC) 2001 by Terence P. Noble
These are my thoughts.
This is saying if the flesh cant be contained then marry, sometimes God allows us to change things so that we can overcome sin.
32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:
32 But I will, that ye be without busyness [Forsooth I will you to be without busyness], for he that is without wife, is busy what things be of the Lord, how he shall please God.
Wycliffe Bible (WYC) 2001 by Terence P. Noble

Let us focus on serving the Lord with all aspects of our life.
1 Corinthians 7:33 King James Version (KJV)
33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.
1 Corinthians 7:33 Wycliffe Bible (WYC)
33 But he that is with a wife, is busy what things be of the world, how he shall please the wife [how he shall please his wife], and he is parted.
Wycliffe Bible (WYC) 2001 by Terence P. Noble
These are my thoughts.
Married people have other worries then just the Lord.
34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
34 And a woman unwedded and [a] maiden thinketh what things be of the Lord, that she be holy in body and spirit. But she that is wedded, thinketh what things be of the world, how she shall please the husband [how she shall please her husband].
Wycliffe Bible (WYC) 2001 by Terence P. Noble
These are my thoughts.
Unmarried women have more time to focus solely on the Lord but married women have a concern for taking care of their family and this could keep them from serving the Lord if they put their husband or family first.
35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
35 And I say these things to your profit, not that I cast to you a snare, but to that that is seemly, and that giveth easiness, without hindering to make prayers to the Lord. [Soothly I say these things to your profit, not that I cast to you a snare, but to that that is honest, and that giveth facility, or easiness, without letting to beseech to the Lord.]
Wycliffe Bible (WYC) 2001 by Terence P. Noble
These are my thoughts.
We should not anything keep us from serving the Lord because thru Him we have the greatest benefits.
1 Corinthians 7:37 King James Version (KJV)
37 Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.
1 Corinthians 7:37Wycliffe Bible (WYC)
37 For he that ordained stably in his heart [For why he that ordained stably, or steadfast, in his heart], not having need, but having power of his will, and hath deemed in his heart this thing, to keep his virgin [for to keep his virginity], doeth well.
Wycliffe Bible (WYC)2001 by Terence P. Noble
These are my thoughts.
We to have power over our flesh to best serve Christ.
